Even the estimator admitted he didn't explore what he needed to, and that he did not know the local codes. Worse, they did not show integrity when a problem arose with work they had done previously. "A socket at one point blew out, and I also needed two more upgrades to the sockets around my house. HEY STEVE, I DEFINITELY TESTED THAT LIGHT SWITCH BECAUSE I'M NOT AN IDIOT. By the time Steve got here, a full month of scheduling out later, somehow the socket was working again. Instead of being a real professional and finishing the work I had hired him for, he promptly and rudely left, saying "You always do this." Very professional; to be clear I do NOT always do this. I'm NOT a very handy person, but the FACT is I expected you to finish your work, and you did not. You were rude, and frankly have been rude since the first time you worked at my place."

We are a family ran business with a highly decorative design team. Currently we stand at 28 employees that all work together on each project to produce a product we are all proud of. Our team incorporates the work of designers, CAD operators, field managers, showroom manager, administrative staff, marketing members, and experienced builders. We have been in business for seven years now and have been growing each year. We started out with (2) guys that handled all aspects of the business from the initial consultation, to the design, the build, and the wrap up. As our quality work spread so did the size of our business and we have no intentions of looking back. We do all work in house with no subcontractors. We accept checks and credit cards and offer financing for all projects up to $400,000.

Contruction went without a hitch and at the end of every day, the crew cleaned up the worksite and made certain we knew was was planed for the new day. Upon completion, there was an issue with 2 of the boards not matching the exact color of the others. FSBD immediately contacted Timbertech and arranged for 2 new boards to be shipped which they installed the day after the replacements arrived. We also contracted for a front step handrail which matches our house perfectly and provides added safety to our home. Since then many of our neighbors have stopped by to see the deck and have also chosen FSBD to build decks for them. All have said the projects are going as planned and they all are equally satisfied with FSBD"
