We had an outstanding experience with Wilfredo’s company. Not only were they highly professional, but they were also incredibly respectful and kind throughout the entire project. They worked with great attention to detail, leaving everything neat and clean, and completed the job quickly without compromising quality. They built and repaired a beautiful deck using top-quality materials, all for the best price we could find. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional craftsmanship, value, and a friendly, efficient team.

Excellent job. Willie and his team were professional and responsive. Despite having to work around storms, job was done in a timely manner. Really impressed that the screen porch was stained without getting stain on the screen. Exterior trim painging was also excellent. The team was very neat and cleaned up as if they had never been there.

The guy you meet will come out to your home and tell you how great he will make your project and give you an arbitrarily quote on the spot off the top of his head and it is surprisingly cheap. Willie himself does decent work but his staff is awful. They did really bad careless work on my 4 decks. They could not cut straight lines and caulked 1 inch gaps because they cut too short and they leave their work stations messy. They destroyed my flower bed because they were too lazy and careless to walk around it and took longer than he said because he “ran out of material” . I ended up making Willie tear it all down and start over. He couldn’t even deny that the work his team did was crap; he had to come do it himself. Also, make sure you read the contract well because he is a kind of a dick that says he will do all these great things but was very broad and not specific enough and used that to my disadvantage. He was very upset with me because he lost money on the deal for having to redo the deck. Not worth the cheap quote!

Deck looks great. He always answered the phone when I called and completed the job according to the estimate price and time-frame.

Willie Home Improvement attempted to address some of the deficiencies of their original
job. They ended up correcting some of the things that should have been done during the first
time they were in my home. But in the end an attempt to fix bad surface preparation, nail pops and painting of 3 ceilings failed. Willie Home Improvement attempted to putty and sand and use the hiding paint (which is a slightly different color than ceiling white) on each ceiling in the areas where the ceilings looked bad. After the repairs were done it resulted in the fixed areas being one color and the other areas where no repairs occurred being the original color. A picture can't do it justice as it is one shade of white on another shade of white. UPDATE: I found out that it will cost $600 to have the three ceilings repainted. Selling my home with them looking like they do is not reasonable. I also have been dealing with lots of dust flowing through my vents (see 2nd picture & zoom in and you will see paint particles and lots of dust) from the painting and sanding of Willie Home Improvement. I had to clean all my hardwood floors, kitchen tile and carpet 5 or 6 times after Willie Home Improvement left my home from working both the first and second times they were here. There was also paint on numerous light switches, plug covers and even my heating vents that I am left to clean all of it and some areas to be touched up. I was trying to wait for the painters to paint before I can have my eating system clean but i was unable to get someone immediate as they all are so busy. Attached are pictures some of the 1 or 2 dozen touch-ups areas I have to do myself after paying Willie Home Improvement $5,500 that will take 2 or 3 hours of my time. I will have to hire a cleaning company to deal with all the residue dust left that is still on most of my furniture, windows, blinds and a portion of all flat surfaces. Attached are few pictures with examples of some of the paint on numerous items and one of several places that were not caulked or prepared properly for painting.

Was not pleased. - Material: There was no coordination to order materials prior to start date, therefore some items were delayed due to COVID restrictions. - Messy: I felt the overall project was messy and had debris all in my carpet and paint spots in some areas. Broke the bed support legs underneath while moving bed to center of room to paint. Did not notice until few weeks later when the bed collapsed, but it was caused by them dragging it to the middle of the room instead of picking it up. Lots of debris left in yard/driveway from demoed materials. - Unprofessional: If the garage was open, workers just walked in the house upon arrival without knocking or alerting anyone that they were there. Had 2 punch list items after project was complete - no return, follow up or response to messages sent. Had to get someone else to complete. Opened delivered packages during the day to see if it was material they were expecting without my approval or asking. - Quality: Had tile installed on bathroom wall. After completion noticed a lot was not flush or smooth or even on the walls. Lots of hills, valleys and speed bumps. Overall: Looks better than what it was but cheap price- You get what you pay for. Pros: Painting looked nice after completion

All work was carried out to a very high standard at a very reasonable price. The area was kept clean and tidy. This company will be at the top of our list the next time we require similar or related work. Thank you Willie Home Improvement for an excellent job.

Willie was a fantastic contractor. He listened to exactly what our wants were, and delivered on time. His price was extremely competitive, and he was able to start the work within 3 weeks of signing our contract. His team was extremely professional--our yard was cleaner than when they started!. We are thrilled with our beautiful our deck and pergola turned out. Because of our positive experience with Willie with our new deck, we hired him to replace a sliding patio door, and a front window. We will definitely use him again for other home remodeling projects

A+++++ I can't say enough good things about Willie Home Improvement. We hired the company to install a deck and cable railing system that we had purchased on our own. Willie went beyond the scope of his duties to help us transport the decking material! The cost for Willie Home Improvement labor was beyond fair! Willie and his guys were great. The price was very competitive. Willie was able to paint my house quickly. I made a mistake on the paint color, so they had to stop until I got the color right. He was very cooperative and flexible working with me as I made my new paint selection. He made great suggestions as we proceeded through the job. Willie and his guys were very professional. I would not hesitate to hire Willie again.

Went really good. Willie was very prompt with coming out for an estimate and his price was very fair. His team performed outstanding and prompt service. The deck turned out so good I almost can't believe it given the state it was in before they rebuilt it. His team arrived first thing in the morning as promised per our agreement and actually completed the entire job in one day!!! The craftsmanship of the wood is outstanding and I am just happy I went on Angie's list and found them. Definitely a thumbs up in my book.

5 stars. My husband and I are thrilled with our beautiful deck. The deck was completed within the time frame we agreed upon. All evidence of the old deck was removed and the yard cleaned up. I would highly recommend.

Mr Willie promptly responded to our request and came to our home within 3 days to give us a quote. He completely understood what we needed and his quote was very reasonable and well below other quotes. His 2 man team were skilled in installing composite, which has its own set of particulars, and Mr Willie visited the site twice on install day to check their work.. The team did a beautiful job and completed the install in a single long day. This company does many different types of work and I definitely would hire them for any of those jobs I need in the future. Mr Willie was a pleasure to work with.

The work went perfectly. Willie and his crew showed up when they said they would and were able to finish the work in less time than expected. The work site was thoroughly cleaned at the end of the job with all deck furniture replaced on the deck. The price for the job was considerably less than the other bids we received yet the work was exceptional. We would use his services again and are looking forward to having him back in a few weeks to stain the deck and repaint the deck railings.

Willie's team did a great job. They finished everything in three days. I liked the fact that Willie itemized each item and it is cost. Made it very easy to review the final job and check each item off the list. We will be using Willie and his team in the future to do interior painting. I would highly recommend Willie for your home projects.
