My technician for treatment #1 was superb!! Ryan was a sweetheart. Friendly, patient as I finished up my part and also very helpful. I hope he comes back for treatment #2.
The customer service was also great. My son has an intellectual disability and is very hard to get out of the house so we had to trick him. They worked with my time frame for treatment and were very understanding.
The only thing I would fix are the instructions for post treatment. They need to explain that the client will still see bugs after treatment as the bugs need to walk over the treated area to be exposed to the chemicals and die. Also the fact that they are drawn out when they sense carbon dioxide from a human being.
