Heat went out on a very cold Saturday morning. I called Longacres emergency number and a technician named Brian returned my call. He came out that day and diagnosed the blower fan being burnt out. He wasn’t able to get one that day understandably. He located one that Monday morning and had our heater back up and running by early afternoon. Very professional technician, great service!
