I first met John in 2021 to get a roof estimate and he advised waiting (if the roof wasn’t leaking), since the price of wood was crazy right after Covid. His estimate was about half the estimate I got from a national home improvement company. The estimate consisted of a complete re-roof of the house and 2 car garage, new soffits and fascia, new siding on one side of the house, and new larger 6K seamless gutters. I was happy that I didn’t have to pay any deposits upfront. John broke the project down into several stages to be done on separate days as materials came in. No money was needed until the day the crew showed up to start the work for that particular job. Their work was fast, well executed and I highly recommend them without hesitation. "

We hired him to completely demo our master bathroom and install a new tile shower, tile floor, new vanity, storage cabinet, toilet, etc. He finished on time and on budget. He showed up on time every day and even worked weekends so we could have a functioning bathroom as soon as possible. He was in constant communication with us and provided updates with his progress as well as discussing the best way to resolve any unforeseen issues. We also really liked Brian's approach to supplies and materials. We purchased the major items such as tile, vanity, countertop, toilet, fixtures, etc. For other basic building supplies, we purchased a type of contractor spending card from a big-box store that Brian could use to purchase everything else. Receipts were emailed directly to us. We are thrilled with the final results. Brian takes pride in everything he does, no matter how minor of a job it is. We plan on having Brian and BPD Construction back for a basement renovation later this year."

"Had stormdamage,called Impriano(installed roof 27 yrs ago)for repair.Kevin came, he thought the shingles were discontinued.A couple hrs later he confirmed & recommended contacting insurance to start a claim & advised the sales department to set up appointment.Sales rep Brendan came a few days later & gave estimate to replace the roof. He was informative,not pushy,no long presentation required,but all the necessary info was supplied.The insurance process took time.Although insurance only covered the front,due to age we decided on total replacement.Brendan was extremely helpful, supplying detailed lists of the items necessary. His help brought the reimbursement up to the actual cost of the loss.Our job was big, took 2 days, The crew worked hard to be sure there would be no issues overnight & were back 7 the 2nd day,Saturday.1st thing Monday, gutter crew came to reinstall gutters,couple days later electrician came to secure wiring from the attic fan we removed.
