Sparkling Image Roof & Exterior Cleaning

Shawn Tiller did an excellent job. He showed up for all appointments on time, completed the job as promised and was very courteous. I would highly recommend his company.

My house looks brand new. They did a excellent job and even done our shed. Gutters, windows and siding looks clean and free of mold.

Sparkling image did a wonderful job. They replaced the gutters guards and installed a separator in between my house and a neighbors. Also, they power washed the house. They are professional, knowledge, and very efficient when they work. 6 months later, house still looks wonderful and no issues with the gutters overflowing. I've used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future. In addition to recommending them to friends and family.

The house, walkways and retaining wall all looked nice and clean, but water was vigorously sprayed during the siding and window cleaning which resulted in water leaking into the house through every window and door. Some areas had an enormous amount of water, in puddles, beneath the windows on the carpeting and staining the walls. After the work was completed, the roof began to leak and several areas of grass and shrubs were killed by the detergents. I was told that nothing would be killed because they clean off all shrubs and grass areas with clean water after they come in contact with the detergents. Although it looked nice and clean, the after-effects and repairs were not worth it.

The end result was very good indeed. In addition to doing a nice job with my large deck (which was a mess) and its furniture, they cleaned the sidewalk and our front porch. We did have a moment of concern when rain cancelled our original appointment; because they were booked up all that week (and we had an outdoor party planned for the weekend), the proprietor had to fit in our cleaning between other appointments. He promised me that the cleaning would be done that week, and was true to his word.

From start to finish it was nothing but great! I contacted via email and received a call within a few hours! The price quotes couldn't be beat and it leaps and bounds better than other quotes we'd seen and it included power washing of our deck, screened porch, sidewalk and driveway!

I hire these guys every year - they do a great job, and even haul the leaves away with them (I had expected them on the ground by the gutters! I also wasn't sure if I had more or less than the official linear feet of gutters allowed, or if one of the roofs would be too high, but they didn't say a thing about either...

Service provided was excellent to outstanding... Owner is efficient, skilled, punctual and personable...

The technician who came out was the most honest and professional we have ever used. After getting on the roof and inspecting, he told us that we didn't need a clean out and credited us the monies spent toward a future cleaning. It would have been very easy to take advantage of the situation however his honesty has made us loyal customers.
