I spoke with John, the owner, and after talking with him, I believe I saved a lot of money by not getting an unnecessary service done by another company that had recommended a video inspection. John took a lot of time walking me through my situation.

They arrived on time did the work quickly and the chimney looked great! They also did a nice job giving me options for repair but weren’t pushy and said it can probably wait a year or two.

They were very nice making the appointment and follow up emails but... I asked for a COI weeks before they were to come and got nothing - I canceled the day before they were to come - I've learnt that no one should be on your roof without insurance in all fairness maybe they are insured but I wasn't sent the COI so I couldn't take the risk.

I have hired them 20 times already for different services. They can do anything and they are all around. And they will be my first call when I need a service. They are great, he does a phenomenal job. They show up on time and they give a good estimate which they stick to. IF anything happens, I call Glenn and he is the first one to come out instead of just sending an employee and he has treated me exceptionally well.

They are very reliable. They come when they say hey would and they stick to their initial estimate.

Communications regarding scheduling, arrival time, fees, and worked done were excellent. Recommendations of any others repairs needed were suggested but not pushed on. Really appreciate the professionalism shown in their manner and workmanships. Will utilize their services again and highly recommend them.

After another inspection company told us our Chimney wasn't usable, these guys came out to replace the flue. However, when they inspected the chimney they informed us that the chimney was fine to use. We paid for their time - and the setup work they had to do, but their honesty saved us from a $1000 expense.

The technicians were punctual, courteous and efficient. The sweeping was done quickly but thoroughly and we were assured that the crack did not need repair at this time. They showed me what to look for in the future. Highly recommend.

Perfect. I've known Glen for a lot of years but never used him for any business and had no expectations for his service. Good or bad. Our initial contact took a while but after that everything was handled flawlessly.

Glen did a great job of repairing the flashing, at exactly the estimated price. In addition, he also saw that the roof displayed some damage from when solar panels had been installed a week before that. He took pictures of the damage using his cell phone and sent them to me, so I could contact the company that installed the panels, and have them come out to do the repair. This was above and beyond the work I contracted Glen for, and was the second great experience I had with this company. I highly recommend them for any work you need.

I could not be happier. Glen and his team worked through a heavy downpour on the roof that day. I thought for sure they'd cancel, instead they just got drenched and did a fabulous job. Somehow, I don't think they got even a drop of water in my house either. Glen explained and showed me everything that needed to get done to our chimney and flues. He walked me through several options and advised me throughout the process. He ended up saving me at least $5,000.00 on this project compared to other estimates. I will hire Glen again.

Glen does everything he can to always answer questions, meet expectations, and think of creative solutions to sometimes challenging home-ownership problems. He is willing to always come back and fix any issues that pop up following his work.

Great job. The called to see if they could come an hour earlier. Upon arrival they covered their shoes with booties. Glenn even went on the roof to check the chimney and cap. I am very pleased with a job well done.

Very efficient, except worker had to return a second day to finish replacing glass (due to cold weather - window glazing not easy in the cold, and he got a late start because of problems getting replacement glass) and on the second day he didn't clean up, vacuum inside the window, etc. He was very efficient and clean on the first visit, though. Probably just an oversight.
