"Our large home, unfortunately has many building issues with the roof and windows leaking in multiple areas. We've gone through multiple roofers and contractors to try and fix problems over the last eight years, and not one of them was able to find the leaks and/or repair them completely. They would "repair" things and after a couple of years, our "house of caulk" would start leaking again.
We found James through Angies List and we couldn't be happier. He is very busy and sometimes it may take a few days for him to respond, but he shows up and spends the time needed to finish the job correctly.
He repaired a gutter that wasn't catching water properly, sealed our leaking windows, and found a major roof problem that may have caused a few different leaks. He was able to create a metal valley roof piece to stop the water from infiltrating, saving us a lot of money and the potential of removing and replacing part of our roof.
If you want a thorough, cost effective roofer, I recommend James Townsley!

"Jb gutters llc replaced a worn out wooden gutter with an aluminum gutter and downspout that matched the rest of my house. They also cleaned all my gutters. They left the worksite very clean . The job was perfect and done for a very reasonable price. I will use them for any future needs for sure.1"

"I spoke to Geno on May 2 got the estimate that night. We got our black gutters installed May 8. Geno was nice and friendly and helpful. He guys show on time even in the rain. They installed and cleaned up and asked if I have any questions or concerns."
