"Mike Suerman came and reviewed the job came well prepared with thier gutter guards answered all of my mother's questions as well as follow up one from me. Once the decision to move ahead with all new gutters, guards and downspouts he came the following morning and had it done that day. My mother is very pleased with the job and customer service which is no small feat. Mike even went back out before the job to determine if there appeared to be any underlying damage and was very forthright as well as the cost very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and Mike to anyone looking for new gutters or guards. Mike even made a last minute request to move 2 of the downspouts work with no problem. "My gutter was coming loose at one end and also the water was not draining. A friend and I moved some fasteners around and re-anchored the gutter on one end. However, I also decided I should get a professional opinion on the state of my gutters. The gutter Brothers were the first to respond to my inquiry. They came the next day and took a look at my gutters using a ladder and level. They also inspected the whole gutter system. Their opinion was that I do not need any maintenance on the gutter at this time and to call them if the gutter starts to give me any more problems. I was impressed by their professional demeanor and behavior and honesty. There was no charge for their inspection. They were very nice and pleasant to deal with. I will recommend them to anybody needing gutter work done. I definitely will call them first if my gutters start to go bad."
