BPD Construction

Brian was great from start to finish. We hired him to completely demo our master bathroom and install a new tile shower, tile floor, new vanity, storage cabinet, toilet, etc. He finished on time and on budget. He showed up on time every day and even worked weekends so we could have a functioning bathroom as soon as possible. He was in constant communication with us and provided updates with his progress as well as discussing the best way to resolve any unforeseen issues. We also really liked Brian's approach to supplies and materials. We purchased the major items such as tile, vanity, countertop, toilet, fixtures, etc. For other basic building supplies, we purchased a type of contractor spending card from a big-box store that Brian could use to purchase everything else. Receipts were emailed directly to us. We are thrilled with the final results. Brian takes pride in everything he does, no matter how minor of a job it is. We plan on having Brian and BPD Construction back for a basement renovation later this year.

I called the number and got a response within 10 minutes. Brian was in the area and was at the house within another 20 minutes to give me an estimate. He was ready to start at the end of the week, arrived promptly, worked meticulously until the job was done. I needed an old tub surround to be removed and replaced with tile. He met me at Home Depot, picked up all he needed for the job and helped me pick out the tile and trim. He was finished within 3 days of starting and the tile was beautifully finished. He is prompt, efficient and totally clean! Work area was always immaculate. He also worked with a plumber that was excellent. Tub and shower fixtures were also replaced. A really good team!

Excellent worker went above and beyond in every way . Very clean work and cleaned up. If I had to give stars for work I would give 20.

I had a leak in my bathroom which ruined my ceiling in living room. I had several contractors come out who said I needed to rip up the bathroom floor and do a complete rebuild. I was quoted prices up to $10,000. Brian came out and found a leak under the toilet, which his plumber fixed, and he repaired my ceiling perfectly. I was extremely happy with the work of both of them, and Brian saved me many thousands of dollars.

The two men were on time and ready to go at the appropriate time. Quality work was done and would definitely use them again.

Brian completed all jobs within the time frame agreed upon. This is the second time we used Brian and he didn't disappoint.

We called Brian after reading the reviews on Angie's List. Everything written in the reviews was true. Brian completed the job on time and on budget. Punctual, communicative, gave good suggestions, cleaned up work area everyday before leaving and worked hard at getting our bathroom accessible to us as soon as possible. We plan to use him for future projects.

BPD Construction is an awesome company. Very professional. This is the second time I have needed their service and am extremely pleased with the work received. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for home remodeling or home repairs.

Brian Donohue was extremely conscientious, meticulous, and clean (he was constantly vacuuming) during our renovations. His tiling and construction expertise provided for excellent and beautifully finished bathrooms. Brian's final products exceeded our expectations!! On a side note, Brian was kind to our three dogs and made time to greet them every morning:) We look forward to working with Brian in the future!

Brian was fantastic! When we called for an estimate, he was very accommodating to the times we were available. He had several good ideas and suggestions. He was always prompt and courteous and respected our home. My wife and I selected the products we wanted and paid for them directly, so there was no mark up on Brian's part. He was very patient with the time it took us to find a medicine cabinet to our liking, even though it forced him to modify his schedule. His workmanship was superb. We are very happy with the results of Brian's work and we have received a number of compliments from family and friends. We would definitely hire Brian again!

This is the second kitchen renovation Brian has done for me. Last year, he installed a kitchen in a small house that my husband built; see review of 7/2016. Last month, he renovated my kitchen, laundry room, living room and dining room. I love them all, especially my new kitchen and laundry room! Once the countertops are installed, I will post pictures. Brian has integrity and truly cares about his work. He is punctual and communicative. I can't say enough about Brian. I highly recommend him for your kitchen or bathroom renovation. You will not be disappointed!

Went great

I needed a carpenter and got Master Carpenter! Brian came to see exactly what I was asking for and he gave great suggestions. He came and measured, gave me a timeframe and price. He started a week later! He is very meticulous, started at 8am and was here until 4, as promised. So very neat (perfect, since I just had rugs installed 3 weeks before) This work was time consuming and really needed to be a carpenter FIRST AND FORMOST and he was! His quote was his price, nothing hidden nothing added on! I am starting to save so he can remodel my basement! He was exactly what we needed after having a nightmare with other service providers. All went smooth and am soo excited how nice my house looks now! Excellent job and thanks so much Brian

I have worked with many contractors and Brian is the best. He came out twice to walk through the project with us, he started on time and worked every day until it was completed on schedule. He helped us figure out what we could do and he kept us informed throughout the entire process helping us make decisions by reviewing pros and cons. Great work, we love the completed project.

Our bathroom used to be a dizzying mix of bright color and geometric patterns. Brian did an excellent job helping us turn it into a peaceful room---now quite lovely actually. From the start, he was responsive to our concerns and upfront about the costs, time and process involved. On the job, he was experienced, efficient, hardworking, always on time, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Not wanting to inconvenience our family for too long, he stayed with our project until completion and was able to finish quickly.

He was professional, skilled, of pleasant personality, and the price was better than expected. I would highly recommend their services.

Brian responded quickly to my call and arrived the next day ready to do the work. He took out the broken window and screens and delivered them to M&J Roofing for the repairs and returned later that day to do the install. Brian was neat, careful and good workmanship. The price was good and I will definitely contact him again for future projects.

I was impressed with Brian when we met for an estimate. He was prompt and thorough. He gave me good advice about plumbing which was not even the job he was there to estimate. His price was competitive and he knew what he was talking about. Brian arrived on time every day, discussed what he would be doing every day before he started, and was on the job doing the work every day. He was careful and extremely clean. It was wonderful, he was prompt, professional, a lot of attention to detail, and he cleaned up after himself everyday. Whenever he showed up he constantly worked and we ended up with a beautiful job.

I only have one bathroom and knew that was going to be an issue.  Brian made sure at the end of the day we could have a toilet, and shower except one night when he laid the tile floor.  It was extra work for Brian but he is all about my family not being inconvenienced. Brian is very passionate about his work he came everyday with such a positive attitude.  Brian worked so hard he wouldn't even stop for lunch.  Brain takes pride in his work he made my family feel that we were the most important people and he really cares about your feelings about his work.  When Brian finished we were sad to see him go he wasn't just and contractor he is a friend!!  I Respect Brian for his work ethic and can do attitude!

I needed a bathroom remodeled in my business. Mr Donahue came out, gave an accurate estimate, and completed remodel in a timely fashion. I blinked and the remodel was completed! It turned out way better than I expected. I will definitely use BPD again and have already recommended him to friends and colleagues

Brian arrived at 7:30 am to look at the job. After agreeing on best flooring material, he went right to pick up the supplies he needed and sent me a picture of the laminate so I could see the color and tell him to go ahead with the purchase. When I came home from work, the floor was installed except for the 1/4 round trim, which he came back to finish the next day. I was so happy with the speed and efficiency and quality of work done! I would recommend BPD to anyone.
