"I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. "

The owner and his workers did great work on about 5 different areas of our house, ranging from holes that had been punched into walls from previous electrical work, damage that had been done during storms and leaking gutters, and cracks in some rooms due to subsidence. In each case, the work was done professionally and completely, addressing the issues and leaving each area looking like new. The employees were very experienced and skilled, making some difficult repair situations look amazing. They treated our home like their own, even repairing some minor issues they spotted that were not initially requested. All of the crew were diligent in cleaning the rooms and closet areas that had been worked on. We found Robert Dell'aquilla Plastering by searching and researching previous reviews. We were very pleased with the work that they performed in our home."

"We had aggressive wasps around our home and pool. Initially they came out listened to our issue and treated it in a professional manner removing several nests. We paid the higher price that came with a guarantee that if they came back they would promptly remove them again. I called the second time expecting the same level of concern and professionalism that is far from what occurred.A guy came out barely spoke, refusing to listen got out some spray , spoke very rudely was here a total of 5 minutes sat in his truck in our driveway for another 10-15 minutes and then left, we received no paperwork or feedback whatsoever. If I need this type of remediation next year I will definitely not use this company! It is difficult for me to leave a negative review because I am a small business owner and I understand the challenges but I also understand treating people and customers correctly. "

"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

And they always give 110% performance! A few weeks ago, I noticed water was beginning to leak around the ceiling area of our chimney. The heavy rains were very unusual for the winter months. Nonetheless, I was concerned the problem would get worse if I waited until spring—so I called Dorin. He responded within 20-minutes! And two-days later he had workers on my roof making repairs.
