"Thanks for taking the time to submit a review, I am sorry to hear that you are so unhappy with the service. As we discussed on the phone several times, the price quoted, was for the elimination of the nest regardless of whether or not the nest was removed. You had expressed much concern about us damaging the AC line underground and the technician felt that it was too much of a risk once he started to dig up the nest so he stopped so as not to cause damage to the AC line as you requested. As we stated several times, you would see activity for up to 5 days and if it remained active, you would be covered by a warranty and all you would need to do is call us and we would come back out. I'm not sure why you would think that we would enter your property unannounced it is our policy to ALWAYS call before we come out, but the pictures you sent to me of the nest dug up is proof that it was NOT done by our company but rather a skunk, it is very common to see that happen several times a year. Skunks are very fond of underground nests and will dig up and scatter rocks and nest debris and are quite messy compared to our technicians. Our company is far from unprofessional and lazy as we do our work correctly and thoroughly from start to finish. I've been working with stinging insects and wildlife my entire life. We did exactly what we said we would do, eliminate the nest, remove it IF possible, it wasn't due to the AC line, and take into consideration the customers concerns, which in this case was damage to the AC line. Taking time to understand the biology of these insects is important, and we adjust accordingly when it isn't as simple as described to us over the phone."
