I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done.

Krain Construction did an awesome job putting a deck on our cottage. Brain and the whole crew were great to work with. They were very friendly and made a deck that was just what we ordered. The work was done on time as promised and to a high level of workmanship. I will be asking Krain Construction to do more work in the future...highly recommended!!!

Once started the work was done quickly. The original scope of work for concrete finish was changed at my request to use exposed aggregate making the pad look like one single pour. Wow, looks great, money well spent. Gable roof with cathedral ceiling and finishes match perfectly. Looks like it has always been part of the house. Light landscaping was also provided to repair lawn from construction damage. This was done by the contractor without charge or my request. There was a small leak that the contractor repaired after several trips. This was resolved to my satisfaction. The point here is the contractor took responsibility and returned until this was resolved. We love our new patio, it’s perfect!

It went very well after some weather-related delays ( very rainy spring). The crew was very professional with high level of craftsmanship. They cleaned up after each round of work. We are very pleased with the finished product. The price was higher than we originally expected but they did a great job.

Overall Brian and his sub-contractors did an excellent job at meeting our expectations. They delivered a final product that left us extremely satisfied. - Price o During the initial quoting phase Brian was extremely responsive. Of the roughly 10 contractors that were willing to quote our work scope, Brian’s estimate was one of the most competitive. o Throughout the entire process he held to the base price. He was willing to accommodate on several occasions for small changes (i.e. paint colors, window placement, etc.), was reasonable for changes outside of work scope after the contract was awarded (change of countertop material, change in wiring) and worked with us when unexpected items arose (ceramic sub-floor). - Quality o The work that was conducted surpassed our expectations. A majority of the work was done correct the first time. That which wasn’t (minor paint touchups) were immediately corrected. Brian was always willing to accommodate our requests and never made us feel as though anything that we asked was unreasonable. - Responsiveness o Brian met with us weekly to walk through our project on a weekly basis. We would review the work that was completed and examine the upcoming work scope. He was always available via phone to address any of our concerns and attentive to email as well. - Punctuality o See above. The crew was able to complete the project in the agreed upon 3.5 month timeline. - Professionalism o Brian and his sub-contractors were all very courteous and professional. For a family with two young children (1 & 3), they made the process as painless as possible. Everyone did excellent work and were very accommodating with our schedules.

Brian and his team were very easy to work with. With every project, there are a few challenges, but we were able to work through all of them quickly and smoothly so the project was completed in a timely manner. There was constant communication throughout the project so everything was addressed when it needed to be. We can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of work performed by these folks and we will definitely consider them again for future projects. We love the new deck and look forward to many years of use.

Brian and his team, which included his father, brother and Kenny as well as several subcontract specialists were absolutely outstanding. From the project's concept development - and our rapidly changing "ideas" - Brian was a great at listening and walking us thru the various trade offs and options, but always letting us decide. He was patient with our "tweaks" and even one major change of mind. He was always willing to work around our schedules and stayed in constant contact to keep us informed. Once the project moved to the construction phase, Brian and the team were always prompt and courteous. They talked us thru each phase and made sure the schedule stayed within budget and finished on-time. The quality of the work, professionalism and flexibility were first class. I would never call anyone else if additional work or someday even a new home was to be constructed. Brian and the team at Krain Construction were outstanding.

It went great. Brian and his crew were the best. They were very professional and worked under severe weather conditions (winter on top of a mountain). When we realized that the log home provider failed to sent the complete package (two sets of stairs were missing) Brian was able to resolve the problem by contacting the log home provider and a local lumber company and get the stairs made and delivered locally and had it billed to the log home company. I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew I had a great crew on my side. Made the homebuilding project a good experience.

I couldn't be happier with the work performed by Krain Construction. They were on time every day, extremely professional and very courteous. And I can't express how clean and tidy they were. When the job was complete, there wasn't one thing to clean up. I've used other contractors in the past and have had so much clean up, and there has always been a mess to clean up - but not with Krain! They were very clean and careful. Overall, I was very pleased with Krain Construction. Brian was upfront with all of the project details and cost. I have to say that if you are thinking of hiring Krain Construction, you won't be disappointed. Krain is a top notch company and I will most definitely hire them again.

They matched the shingles that were on an addition that Krain put on years before. Took care of any rotted wood and put aluminum on facia that needed it. They were in and out pretty quick with very little disturbance to the surrounding areas. I will call him again if needed. They did a great job.
