"Highly unprofessional. His communication is awful. His estimate came 2 weeks late after he quoted me a good price. When I signed it and returned to him he disappeared. No mail, no call. Nothing. He responded once I texted him, only to state he still planned to do the job before winter set in. When I asked me what date he would be here to start: no response, still none to this day. Don't waste your time!"

"Had them install a new furnace a few years ago and have used them for everything related, since and never had any issues. My furnace began to have some issues and I asked them to come out. They arrived on Dec. 12th 2024 and after looking at it, told me it was no longer safe to run. Today is Jan 10, 2025 and I still have no heat and hot water. It's been 2 days shy of an entire month and extremely cold. They've ordered parts, but they were incorrect. Ordered again and got one of them correct but the other one was still incorrect. THIS IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I'm completely dissatisfied with the services I have received and will probably pay someone else going forward since it seems as though they don't know what they are doing."
