The crew showed an immense amount of professionalism when it came to preforming the work at hand and made sure that every step of the way that I was informed of any and all potential future issues if any at all. I was also given many ideas of future projects and ways to increase my homes value. Overall I would highly recommend Dan Brown Construction to any and all friends and family alike. If you've got a job that needs doing, rely and trust on Dan Brown Construction to build your dreams into reality!

We can't say enough positive things about this company. Dan is absolutely awesome! We had a leak in our older roof and needed to have the whole roof replaced. Dan came over the day after we contacted him and personally assessed the job. We have a detached garage that also desperately needed a new roof, but we didn't think we'd be able to have that taken care of at this point. Dan worked with us, and made it happen! His workers were also terrific. They worked hard and completed the job within a couple days. Dan's ethics and the quality of the work done by him and his employees is a rare find in today's world. We couldn't be happier! Highest recommendation.

It went great. Dan exceeded our expectations and then some! I can’t say enough great things about Dan or his crew, they were professional and courteous every step of the way. This is the company to hire for just about any projects you have in mind, you won’t be disappointed!

Dan's team did an excellent job. Dan started by meeting me personally to see the issues with my project and hear what I needed done. Our current pad leaned towards the house and since my yard is lower than my neighbors, water would collect at the foundation. He knew exactly what we needed, and when we asked for a few other small projects to be done at the same time, he didn't hesitate. He and his team showed up early, worked hard, and completed the work timely. The patio is exactly what I wanted. I will hire him again in a minute.

Dan Brown Construction installed drainage along my basement wall. I have had water getting into the basement after periods of heavy rain. Dan recommended installing drain pipe along the basement wall and running it out into the yard. I have to say, he was right! We had periods of heavy rains and no water came into my basement.

Dan and his team are wonderful to work with. I purchased a home and wanted to total remodel . Dan was with me every step of the way. He gave me suggestions and always answered his phone . They did everything from new electrical to the kitchen remodel,there is nothing his team cannot do . I could not be happier with the results and I would recommend him and his team to anyone I give them 10 out of 10 stars !!!

From the very first phone call to the final walk-through the team at Dan Brown construction could not have been nicer, more down to earth, or honest. The quote was quick, easy to understand, and no b.s. Everything was very transparent and I never felt that there was any hidden agenda. Jess was great to work with and answered all my questions and dealt with all of my requests. Josh and Jason were wonderful in my home. Their work was amazing and efficient. They were punctual and courteous and really didn't interrupt my day to day life at all. They were kind to my cats who supervised the whole project and give their paw of approval. I will definitely be having Dan Brown Construction do future projects for me in the future.

Dan Brown was quick with coming over for the estimate. Very informative and up front. Dan came to fix the flashing when he said he would. The job took as long as he said it would, and was the price quoted in the estimate. I felt very comfortable with this hard working honest guy.

We were very happy and impressed with the services of Dan Brown Construction. Dan answered the phone himself and any questions we had. He came right away to check out the problems we were having and offered a couple of solutions for us to choose from. Dan said that the problem was the rain water was draining behind the gutters. He came the next day installing flashing under the last row of roofing tiles. He trimmed back any evergreen trees hanging over the roof. Before leaving he ran the hose on the roof checking for leaking anywhere. We were extremely happy with the job performed and will definitely keep his business card handy for any future work. Dan was very friendly, professional, timely, punctual and warm. Speaking with him felt as if we knew him for many years. We highly recommend Dan Brown Construction for any job small or large. In the last couple of weeks, we have had a lot of rain without any leaking at all!!! Yay!!! Dan Brown Construction is the best!!!

Dan was amazing. He came and looked at the job. Actually gave me a more affordable option to a complete porch rebuild. Was able to fit me in right away. I am very happy with the work and clean up. Dan stopped by to inspect work and make sure I was happy. Dan's team was also professional and knowledgeable. The job even turned out to cost a little less than the bid. When does that happen?

We recently hired Dan and his team to build a new deck attached to our house. The experience from start to finish was great! Dan took time to explain the job and what they would do. He even fielded questions and checked in while on vacation! The team did a fantastic job with the work and were very friendly and professional with me and my family. They completed the job in a short amount of time, despite challenges with the weather. After each day, they were sure to clean up after themselves and leave the property looking neat, with as little disruptions as possible. Overall a great experience with DBC and would highly recommend them!

They cleaned up the job site and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Owning a local business and having experience in building, it's hard to impress me, I was very impressed. I highly recommend Dan Brown Construction for any of your remodeling, roofing, siding or construction needs. Dan's excellent communication, fair prices, down to earth personality, and professional detailed workmanship makes him the right person for any small or large job. We are already excited about hiring him for our next project this coming spring, a new deck.

Dan was awesome. After being contacted he responded right away and came to do free estimate the same week. He walked us around the house and pointed out multiple things that needed to be done. He discussed all of our options with us and tailored his construction plan to our specific needs based on how long we plan on being in the house and our wants. His crew were friendly and polite. Everything got done very quickly and came in within budget. We got quotes from other companies which were similar if not a bit more but I didn’t feel I would have gotten such personal service. Would definitely work with Dan Brown again.

Dan got back to our inquiry quickly and came out to do a free estimate within days. Was incredibly knowledgeable and discussed all of our siding options with us. Tried to custom tailor our renovation to our future plans. Work was done quickly and efficiently and came out looking great. Got quotes from other companies which were a bit more money but they were not as personal. I didn’t want to feel like just another project. Dan Brown made sure everything was done to a high level of craftsmanship.

Dan and his team were great in helping to design a solution to ceiling, wall, and cabinet damage caused by years of leaking roof/plumbing vents. They were respectful, responsive, and knew how to get the job done for a reasonable price.

We live in the family farmhouse, which was built in 1840. Since we have a growing family, we had to expand. The house has had about 4 rooms added over the past 178 years, and had many different roof lines and jutting walls. We wanted to add a large addition and add some cohesiveness to the structure. This job was far too big for anything I could attempt even though I have worked professionally as a roofer, mechanic, machinist, and farmer. Dan was recommended by a family friend who works in the construction industry and am so glad I found him. We called Dan, he made a site visit, and we brainstormed the project. Dan was courteous, timely, knowledgeable, and really thought carefully how to make our dream house a reality. After getting 2 quotes, he was easily 20% less than the other guy. We decided on tearing down the back 2/3s of the farmhouse, and then adding 2750 sq feet. This would include 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an open first floor space, new kitchen, and tying into the old farmhouse remaining. Dan's scope was the demolition, new footer and slab with radiant heat, footer drainage, rough carpentry, rough plumbing, and install the windows and doors. I was able to observe Dan and his guys throughout the project as I was on site every day. We really needed the project done efficiently and correctly as our temporary living situation was not ideal. We started in early September. The demo was done in 2 days. Dan's guys were very respectful of the demo knowing how attached we were to the old farmhouse as he helped me salvage the main beams and other important curio pieces of the place which we plan to incorporate in the new addition. With the slab in and radiant pipes run and pressure tested, the guys started the walls. First floor interior and exterior walls were done in 10 days, and floor joists and second story sub floor was done in the next 10. The next 10 days saw the second story interior and exterior walls done, and trusses were done in a day. The walls were all covered in Tyvek by this time. Three days later the roof was sheathed. The roof was a lot bigger and a lot steeper than I thought, so even though I had worked as a roofer in the past, I handed that task over to Dan's guys. They had the roof done in one day. As a former roofer, I am not easily impressed, and these guys were amazing. They were as fast as I have ever seen and did a great job, and once again, a very good price from Dan. So glad I handed that job over to him. December 1st, we had a water tight structure with a roof. The rough plumbing was pressure tested and we have had no leaks since charging the house with water. I completed my electric throughout the project. I really enjoyed working with Dan and his guys. His guys are incredibly hard working. By this time, working with Dan over 3 months, day in and day out, we knew he was a solid, honest, and quality contractor and kept hiring him on to do more work. We have since hired him to do the drywall work (came out perfect the first time), and we're having him back to do the siding in the spring and who knows what else. We didn't really get quotes from other guys at this stage, because time and again, Dan was not only the best price, but the quality of the work is phenomenal, he's responsive, and I know what he's going to do will be right and fairly priced. He does NOT cut corners (I would know), and only uses top quality construction material. There were a few errors here and there, and every time Dan and his guys made it right. Throughout the project, whenever I would have issues with work that I was completing on my own (electrical) Dan would provide input and guidance that was an immense help. Dan was always available and willing to explain what was being done and to answer any questions we had. Many times he would stop by on his own time to offer in sight or input on things I was doing at the house. Outside of the project I have gotten to know Dan pretty well. I am happy to report he is a good ole country boy like me. It's refreshing in this day and age to find a guy who sticks to his word and doesn't play games. And really, at this stage of the game, I consider the guy a friend. I am so glad we found him, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get any project done. These guys can do it all.

I called several contracts to do my roof. Had one lined up and that contractor kept delaying me and giving me broken promises. I called Dan on a Thursday and he started on my roof the next Monday and was way under what contracts that did quote me.

Dan was great to work with. He is thorough in his explanations, but never condescending. He did a great job of explaining our options, and was willing to help any way he could. Any concerns that we had, he addressed without any battles. His prices were very reasonable, and similar or less than other contractors quoted. Additionally, his workers were kind, friendly and considerate. The work was done with quality, and as quickly as the weather allowed. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Dan, and we will go to him for all our contracting needs in the future.

We initially asked Dan to come over and look at our 60 year old home's water issues as we have had water coming into our basement through the foundation for years- the sidewalk clearly was sinking and Dan was not only ably to remove and replace that quickly - he was able to identify our major areas of weakness in the home and we've now completely resolved the water issues- saved thousands if not more- also walked through and around the house and offered so much more helpful advice - he has a ton of experience in a general contracting; but honestly seems to be an expert at everything he does here-needless to say his list has gotten much longer and we're please with the quality of his work and professionalism- I know when he's on his way over I'll return to see something AMAZING!!

While he hasn't done the work yet, he has been timely and responsive. Additionally, I've been impressed with their helpfulness and kindness. During our big winter storm, they happened to be in the neighbhorhood and plowed out two feet of snow from our driveway, just out of kindness.

This company is awesome – from start to finish this job was done so professionally. The Team showed up on time – they were courteous and even cleaned up before they left. The quality of workmanship is so evident in the final product – my ceiling looks amazing! I will certainly call Dan Brown Construction LLC for my next home improvement project.

He was very easy to work with and did whatever we asked. They were meticulous with the workmanship and clean up, putting everything in it's exact position afterward. I would definitely use then again for construction jobs.
