There were road-blocks thrown up along the way which they worked around or through. A broken sewer pipe and a collapsed tank cover were unforeseen, but corrected quickly. They had to locate two septic tanks (we as new owners did not know the locations) under a foot of snow. My wife and I were pleased with the work completed and the final bill."

"Our septic alarm went off on a Tuesday last week so we called GGS and Mary-Lynn was great! She let us know that the first available appt was for Friday but to call back immediately if the alarm went off again. When Miguel arrived on Friday, the 11th, he thoroughly inspected the outside issue before explaining what work needed to be done and the associated costs. Both septic tanks were dug up and cleaned out. He later suggested that we have the tank lids replaced to above-ground covers so as to avoid a digging charge in the future. Unfortunately, he did not have those with him but he called the main office to have someone else finish that part of the job. The other workers (Ron and Johnny) came back on Monday, the 14th, to finish the above-ground covers. The work was done while no one was at home, but I came back to a great job. Have already recommended them to someone else.

Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
