Danny Thomas, President of the Company was extremely responsive to my problem which occurred after a DIFFERENT COMPANY replaced my septic pump which did not fix my problem.  THAT company had charged an exorbitant amount and then charged us $80 to come back to diagnose the continuing problem.  THEY advised us to replace our mound at a cost of $18,000.
I was in N.Y. when I cold called Danny and explained the problem.  He inspected my system, put in a vent hole in the pipe to the field to see if there was an air block.  For this visit he did not charge us at all.  He advised us to call him if there was still a problem. 
When we returned 2 days later we determined the vent hole did not fix the problem and called Danny back.  He advised there was a block in the mound and recommended digging out to the cross sections, installing access end pipes which we did
 not have, and flushing the pipes out.  Before he could proceed he had to pump the septic tank again for worker safety.  We agreed

He had 2 workers dig out the pipes and set aside the moss as I requested so I could recover the area.  Then the access pipes were installed showing just above the surface of the mound as I requested.  When he was finished the system worked perfectly and has not given us a moments problem since.  Danny Thomas of John F. Singer SAVED US $18,000!  I cannot sing his praises more and have referred several people to him since then.

I thought I had a problem with my Septic system. Actually, I thought it may have been a stuck baffle.. I called JK Singer for help. I spoke with Dan. He advised what I could do over the phone to fix the problem.. Even though I am disabled, it sounded pretty easy to me so off I went to attempt the repair.. I was a little slow as I was  having some trouble with my knee..  about that time, within 30 minutes of my initial call,  Dan called ME back and asked how it was going.. I explained that I was having a little trouble due to my knee, etc.. Dan offered to come and help.. He arrived within 45 minutes and resolved my problem in 15 minutes. He then inspected the system to make sure all was well .. the problem was simple however the service was superior.. by far the best contractor I have ever used at my Pocono home. I would not hesitate to recommend JK Singer to friends and family. It was refreshing to call a contractor like Dan at JK Singer.

Dan joined the 2 men on the 2nd day and was able to flush the system and added 3 access pipes.  He saved my moss for me and I was able to cover the scars from the digging with the moss.  You cannot tell there was digging done.  Most important, the system is working well. He responded to my husband's call when he thought there was a problem.  Luckily, there was no problem and there was a minimal charge of $35 for the visit. 
  The other company who left us with the problem originally charged $90 when called back to assess why the new pump was not working correctly.  The service man did nothing except tell my husband we need a new field.  I am thrilled my neighbor told us about Singer's service and will be using only Singer in the future.

and it was phoned friday and they did it tuesday and were here in the morning as they stated they would be. they took aboutone hour to do the job.

Found a septic backup earlier in the day... could not trace down the source of the problem.  Called JK Singer at 5PM on a Friday afternoon.  He quickly formulated a plan of action that we agreed to - then he arrived on site within 30 minutes and identified the root cause.  He resolved it, verified the solution worked, and we were up and running in the evening.
Overall - a fantastic service - and I will be definitely using JK Singer for my future septic needs.

My calls for service were answered promptly. Danny and helper arrived on schedule and time. They were uncanny about finding location of tank and emptied it out quickly. Very pleasant experience overall. Thank you Danny!

The men arrived faster than I expected, pumped the tank,, but had to go for more equipment when the plumbling problem was discovered.  They returned promptly and worked into the night to solve the prollem for me. I was quite impressed with their promptness and their willingness to keep working until everything was fixed, especially since this problem occured during a holiday weekend..  The price was quite reasonable considereing the amount of time and effort put in, and I would definitely call them again.
