We are a family owned business and specialize in Water heater installation, removal, and repair for all manufacturers and models. We do everything water heater related including pressure reducing valves, thermal expansion tanks, water shut off valves, leak repair etc. Promised to be quick in responce, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Over 13 years of experience in the field.

I am stunned by the professionalism, honesty and transparency, the depth of their skill and knowledge, and the downright far more than reasonable charge for their service. I had a tankless water heater replaced. It took me weeks until I got to Jeff and WHIAH, so many people gave me the runaround, not following through even on a quote, suggesting absurd costs like $3K+ for labor. Why's it so hard to find someone honest, dependable, professional, and competent these days? As soon as I was in contact with Jeff, a huge weight came off my shoulders because I knew I was now in the right hands. Empathic, knowledgeable, patient and transparent... and fast! When they installed, they identified and rectified many mistakes made by the person who installed the last one 5 years ago. They thoroughly checked the work when done, even safety checks. "Done Wrong Plumbing - Buyer beware. I had them do work at my 85 year old mother's house. Always ask them for a detailed estimate in advance with hourly rate, time estimate and cost for parts when applicable. They repaired a leak under the master stall shower and when completed the floor of the shower now flexes and makes loud noise both in the shower and throughout the first floor of the house. This was not happening prior to their work. When I addressed the issue they sent out a rude tech who said if it is not leaking then it is not their problem. They charged $892 to put a fernco rubber boot on and cut a hole in the drywall to access. Invoice stated $128 to cut the drywall and not replace and $764 for plumbing. I asked for hourly rate and they refused to provide. Believe me you will "breath much easier" by choosing an ethical and better qualified plumber. You have been warned."
