"I had the quote done in December and was hoping to nurse my 44 year-old boiler through 1 more winter. Well my boiler said it’s final goodbye in January-2019 so I moved forward with a new hot water boiler. I was able to schedule the installation within less than a week which I thought was good. The installation took the better part of a full day but was not really much of a bother as the team was able to access the basement through the bilco doors on the street. At the end they walked me through all of the work completed, answered questions and let me know to call them if there were any problems. A month into use it’s working perfectly and I am very happy about the whole process."

Not only did they put in a new furnace, but the ducting that was in here at the house was, like 30 years old so they tore it out and re-did it with custom ducting made out of these big sheets of metal. They only charged me $3,000 for the furnace. I am glad I did because it has made a huge difference in the air quality here.

"This was a big job as it involved us switching from oil to gas heat as the winter was quickly setting in, as well as installing a whole-house backup generator and new electrical service. Our old boiler was broken so we couldn't have heat until the gas conversion was completed. Indoor Air Technologies had to keep sending people out to my house to do work as soon as the gas company (who took their sweet time as I warned they would) decided to finally do the things they promised in order get us a working gas line to the house. Knowing I had no heat, they always made me a priority when we were ready for the next step in installation, especially with the boiler. They provide name brand, quality products and their pricing was extremely reasonable. With a gas conversion, things happen in phases, so they were at my house a lot, and I got to know some of the guys that work for them. They were all very polite and extremely helpful. They worked hard and past 5:00 on several occasions to get me up and running. From the first consultation until after final inspection when they sent someone to my house separately, just to make sure we knew how everything works with the boiler and the generator, they were a pleasure to work with. "Keith and Bunnie, the dynamic duo who both truly represent the model of what a professional family business should entail, have gone above and beyond the call of duty to meet my family's HVAC needs again for a second time in less than a year. This time my family's HVAC servicing needs required installing a digital/automatic fan operating whole house humidifier and removing a dated bypass whole house humidifier as well as a furnace tune-up. The installation involved much wiring, retrofitting the ductwork to accommodate the new humidifier, a little drilling from inside the house to the outdoors to install the outdoor sensor. By my own standards I am a tough customer in terms of my expectations, due diligence(research/questions/vetting competitive bids), taking contractors to task to ensure their compentence level meets my expectations. Keith is very friendly, accommodating, and a highly skilled craftsman who treats his professional with tremendous pride - which has always been on full display on both occasions during service visits. During the installation, Keith as a courtesy tapped/tie in pointed my secondary backup condensation pipeline into the existing pipeline that discharges into my sump pump to avert possible water leaks. My sumpump is connected to a French Trough Drainage System. It appeared that my home was being serviced by 3 professionals in 1 ( HVAC, Electrician, and Plumber). I was and continue to be impressed with Keith's vast knowledge as a HVAC professional and I am equally impressed with his wife Bunnie who handles the administrative side of the business/direct contact with the public. She is a pleasure to speak with and consistently anticipates the needs of the customer. I highly recommend Airco Heating Cooling."
