It was a pleasure meeting with Don and having him install a stairlift for my Mom. Don was very professional and friendly. I would recommend Tri-State Stairlift for anyone who is thinking about having a stairlift installed.

Don called and showed up at the appointed time as agreed. He explained the types of stairlifts for our stairs. He showed up at the appointed time and completed the job in a reasonable time. Th he lifts are working very well and mom use them every day since. Don was pleasant, knowledgeable, had ideas, literature and sample phone video to show how the automatic ends work, etc. He made a very good impression and did a good job with installation. He also gave us info to contact him if problem or questions. He pointed out the warranty to complete and mail in a timely manner. We had someone from another company come in before and was not impressed with their rep.

We wanted to have the stairlift installed in our back stairwell. The first company that came out said they doubted it could be done but would send a technician to be sure. We never heard from the technician, Tri State came and was able to install the stairlift in the back stairwell. They were very considerate about my needs as the person who needs the stairlift.
