He cleaned everything, cleaned up after himself, he discussed everything with me, he let me know the status of the heating system and approximate age and, of course, how long they usually give them before they break down. And it's time to replace it, needless to say, and he said he would pass the message along and have a gentleman call me to do some investigating as far as prices and what it would cost to replace.
