From the first call until our final walk-through, Matt made the process easy, fair, and enjoyable. He was highly responsive, making sure our questions and concerns were addressed promptly. We enjoyed the process because things were organized and Matt did a great job making sure we were always aligned and aware of what was happening and when. He also made sure that if something didn’t go correctly, he took ownership when appropriate and quickly worked to resolve any issues that came up along the way. We have already recommended Taproot to a few of our friends!

Basement was finished to agreed upon contract specifications and Matt was very communicative throughout the process. I would highly recommend them as a contractor. Matt provides solutions based on budget and your basement can be as simple or as elaborate as you want it to be. I was able to add a lot of living space and a full bathroom as well as maintain the storage space I wanted. Like I said, I’d recommend them to anyone looking for good craftsmanship and a fair price.

Matt had already done several projects in our house for our kitchen, laundry room, and a custom entertainment unit. We did not hesitate to hire his general contracting company when finishing our basement and we are very happy with the results! He was professional and communicative throughout the process and I would recommend using Taproot again.

Taproot came in and helped us with a project started by another contractor. They assessed the situation and delivered exactly what we were looking for in a small but challenging project. There were some unexpected developments during the project and Taproot handled it quickly and efficiently.

Matt & Tito are great at adding charm to your home. We had some closets built in our basment and trim work done. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
