Not a speck, they even spent time cleaning off the driveway and front lawn. We have been through one major rain storm since the install and not a drip of water. "We had water backing up in our basement. I was concerned of a cracked pipe going out to the street. Zoom came right out. Ran a camera through our pipe and I was pleased to find that our pipe was fine. They discovered that the tree on our street had managed to invade the seam of the pipe with tiny little hair like roots clogging up the pipe. They cleared out the roots that looked like a human wig when they pulled it out! After that they cleaned with a root prevention solution. They also recommended a better fitting cap for what is left of the cast iron pipe at the very front of our house. It was a little pricey, but the service was great and I have the peace of mind of no more water invading our basement. We haven't had any issues since and I now sleep soundly during a heavy rainstorm."
