He replaced the wire, and instead of a two to four thousand dollar replacement, it cost us a couple of hundred bucks. (The quote visit turned into the repair visit.) It's really easy to see that Frank is an expert and knows his stuff inside and out. He made a recommendation for a fix to prevent the issue from happening again. We're definitely going to use old skool going forward for all of our HVAC maintenance and repair. Frank was friendly, covid-19 safe, and he had the ability to break down the problems in laymen's terms."
