My. Husband and I had a great experience hiring Rocklynn. We needed an old concrete garage floor taken up and hauled away. We spoke to Joe who came over on the same day and gave us a quote. 2 days later Rocklynn was here with an excavator and it was done in less than 2 hrs. Excellent customer service. The quote was fair and it wasnâ t a penny more. We will definitely hire the company again in the future.

The job was done right they came early to start the work even thought it was due to rain they finished the job right after the weekend also came early and finished it late afternoon

came in with lowest bid, completed job quickly and professionally, took great care of area surrounding work site and protected grass etc as best as possible..left site in better condition than they found it!

Requested an estimate to fix backyard due to a sewer line replacement and swingset removal. Old owners of house had a dog and we couldn’t get grass to grow in dead patches. Joe came out later Friday to accommodate my schedule and got me an estimate sent out first thing on Monday. I emailed back to see if they could possible get me scheduled quick before the Easter holiday I was hosting and they were amazing at getting me on the books. It was slightly delayed due to weather but they kept me informed all the time. Let me know the sod wasn’t cut in the morning but would call the sod farm to see if they would do an afternoon cut. So the sod was freshly cut and installed bright and early the next morning. The guys came early and filled the street with trucks and heavy equipment to get the job done quick!! It was super impressive. My yard looks absolutely stunning! I wish I had the done the front yard as well but I think that will be next spring project. They were awesome. 10/10.

Searched Google for a sod installer for my backyard that was in need of serious help due to main sewer line being replaced and swingset removed. Joe came out and took a look and some measurements. I got my estimate a couple days later due since he came late on Friday to accommodate my schedule. I emailed and was able to get scheduled same week before the Easter holiday I was hosting. Guys were amazing! They were prompt coming early in the morning. They filled the street with all the necessary equipment and got everything unloaded and got to work right away. It was only a few hours and everything was done. The yard looks incredible! My neighbors came over to inspect and were impressed as well. Before and after photos!!

The front walkway they installed is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend them. Their communication, customer service and craftsmanship is top-notch. Really liked that they offered design suggestions as the project progressed. We will definitely hire them again when the opportunity arises.

I highly recommend this coming. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and the work was excellent quality. He did an excellent job of grading and sod and seed. The front of my home looks great and neighbors stop and compliment all day!!!

Responsive, came back to check on whether we were happy with the work and took care of the few things that were not quite right. A good firm.

They did a nice job on the project and when they were done they cleaned up very well

They were supposed to do concrete steps with bullnose as agreed upon in the quote. They did not do the bullnose and admitted it was their error. They offered a measly $200 discount to rectify the error. I requested that they redo the steps with bullnose at the agreed-upon price (verbal and written quote). They said it would cost more etc and refused. I asked for a return of my deposit so I could hire another contractor to redo it. They agreed. This saga began in July and its November and still no refund. They said they would mail the check, then said the owner would drop it off. They now are not responding to me. On top of that they left their trash which I had to pay to get removed. Ruined my front yard. Just horrible. Do not recommend.

Joe (the owner) was late for the estimate, but he called and explained he was unavoidably detained due to workforce problems. He was personable and efficient.

Very easy to work with even though I am not on site. Always showed up when they said they would and got the job done.

He's really a conscientious contractor. He's very good at what he does and wants to make sure that the consumer is happy in the end.
