It turned out that the manufacturer installed tubes in the heater where the water goes in and comes out restricting the flow. The technician found this and once removed we had our water pressure back. After experiencing an electrical problem I called Maitz to trouble shoot the problem. They were able to have a technician at my house in about 4 hours. The service fee was $49. The tech was professional and explained exactly what the problem was, how it should be fixed and provided a quote right on the spot. Once I gave them the go ahead it only took two days to get on their schedule for installation. The electricians showed up on time each day and were very professional. They explained what they were going to do at the start of the job. At the end of the installation they walked me through all of the improvements and showed me everything thing that was done. The areas they were working in were cleaned up and neat. I cannot say enough about the quality of service. I will use Maitz again for any home repairs I need. I highly recommend their services.
