As a single woman running my own home and being very particular.....it is extremely important to be able to discuss the job, hear all the details, and employ someone who is honest, honorable, well qualified, neat, and highly informed. Braido impressed me from the moment Robin came to give me an estimate, right
through the installation by John Braido and his team. 
 
I decided to replace my A/C and furnace, which were both 25+ years old. 
Braido gave me a good price, better than most others, plus Robin answered all my
questions and also gave me estimates on other combinations I considered, like
larger BTU unit.  She patiently researched and answered every single question I had.
 
I can't say enough about how wonderful I felt about the whole experience. 
4 guys came to do the install, arriving precisely on time, and finished earlier
than I expected.  John went out of his way to make adjustments, like enlarge a
vent to make the fan on the furnace run a lot more quietly than the old one
did!
 
I really welcomed the advice I got, too, like installing the full set, A/C,
furnace, and coil, so they'd work more efficiently together.  The A/C runs so
quietly that I found myself sticking my hand in front of the vents to see if it
was blowing air at all.  But no question that the house is nice and cool,
too.
 
It was just so wonderful to deal with this family-owned company.  I kept
getting the sense that they acted as though they were installing equipment in a
family member's home, or one they'd be living in themselves.  So nice to work
with people who honestly care about their customer and want to do a good
job!
 
I can't say enough about how happy I was.  I will recommend Braido to
everyone, and, like the neighbor who recommended them to me, I will never feel
the need to call another heating/cooling company again!
