We have 3 year old Fujitsu Mini Split AC units that have leaked coolant from day one. Two other Fujitsu could not find the problem but UGI took the time to try a few tests and found the issue.

The first guy needed a part. The second guy came with the part, fixed it and tested to make sure it was working correctly. He seemed very competent and explained what he did. The cost was fair and better than other providers. He cleaned up when he was done. He also explained the various maintenance contracts.

They're good, they're great. They did a good job, I can't complain. I think that there are cheaper rates than them. They're pretty quick. They show up  on time, they're very professional, they respect the house and don't mess up. They're pretty clean. I'm happy with them.

They come once a year. They don't appear to have a standard checklist for what their technicians are suppose to do. Consequently, everyone does something different. In addition to that, they don't appear to have the appropriate training because they come up with various levels of conclusions. One guy might say everything is fine, another guy says you need a new air conditioner. Another guy says a new humidifier and a new filter. It's nice that they come and look at the furnace. I can get about as much out of it if I send them a picture. I had this done for about 10 times and that's what's occurred in over 10 visits. Some people re excellent. They do a wonderful job. Other people are clueless. They want his and they want that. The air conditioner is still running and that was two years ago. On the other hand because of that service contract, if there's any problem, I go to the top of the list for prioritization. I get an immediate response for anything I call in. For the most part, I think it's the labor, there's no cost on minor repairs. I pay them $28 a month. They come when you call them and they do a reasonable job.

Install action went fine but after the installer left we had problems with water pressure. It turned out that the manufacturer installed tubes in the heater where the water goes in and comes out restricting the flow. The technician found this and once removed we had our water pressure back. Although it took two days to resolve, the technician stayed on top of it and made sure the heater worked to our satisfaction.

It was a very busy period for natural gas conversions, with a list of about 200 pending jobs at the time. At first it was difficult to get hold of the person our job was assigned to, but I think eventually he managed to speed our job up a little (our oil tank had failed). It went fine from there.

The gas leak had to be shut off but the technician was an obnoxious boor:
he made us feel stupid for the kinds of questions we asked, like how to
fix it. He was there, apparently, only to shut off our fireplace and to
be rude in the process. I have never detested a human being more than in
the five minutes I had to work with this jerk. We will try NEVER to use
UGI again.

Their pricing was good and their professionalism was good too.  I liked the speed and accuracy in which they got it done.  We sat down with the salesman and we basically had everything broken down for us.  We completely understood what we were getting and they helped us pick the right system for our home.

They're good. I never really had contact with them. They just came when I was at work. UGI is the natural gas provider in this area so you basically have to go to them.

We are the company that takes care of the equipment in the house and not the gas line running in from the street or the meter. We are affilated with the utility but are a seperate entity. We basically handle everything downstream of the meter inside the home. If there is a problem or any need of annual maintenance of your heating and air conditioning systems, or if a plumbing problems arises, please do not hesitate to call."

They deliver on what they say they're going to deliver. They do services for the price that they promise. They're very careful and neat in their work. The technicians are experienced and knowledgeable. They came out sooner than I expected because they had an opening and they were able to fit me in.
