"I don't have enough good things to say about Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable from first contact. He was able to come out the same day and give an accurate quote. He kept in contact until the day of the install. He arrived on time on the day of the install and finished promptly. He had to climb over the washer and dryer AFTER it was stacked in the closet to complete the install. Rob brought all the tools and pieces necessary and left no mess. Rob was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him without reservation. His prices were fair for the amount of work he did and I will definitely use him in the future should we need."

"My air conditioner condensers were struck by a power surge this summer. They were beyond repair, after repair inspections by 3 different firms, including Braido. Since my house is 21 years old, I knew that eventually the furnaces would have to be replaced as well, so I bit the bullet and replaced both the air conditioners and the furnaces for the upstairs and downstairs zones of my home. 
I came across Braido's name from a local community board on Facebook. I checked their ratings out on Angie's List and decided to have them inspect and then provide an estimate.
They were knowledgeable, helpful and reasonable throughout my decision making process. When we finally did decide to go with Braido, we were glad we did. They offered 0% financing on the balance and charged, what I believed. to be a reasonable rate, since I could compare their price to 3 other estimates. 
For the install, they actually came 1 day early to lay the slab for the condensers outside because rain was being forecast. Smart thinking!
Then, what was supposed to be a 3 day install, took only 2. They were timely, professional and tidy. Would definitely recommend!

"I needed to install a water powered sump pump. Tom gave an estimate and actually charged me less because the digging didn't take him as much effort as he had estimated. He made sure I got the equipment in order and he returned an earlier delivery since he wasnt satisfied with its float assembly. The job was completed professionally and on time. On top of that he is a very nice person to deal with and fixed a couple of minor issues with my other faucets at no extra cost. Well recommended an I will call him again if I need any plumbing work done."

"The estimate for the new circuit installation was done promptly and on-time. The work was performed on the date scheduled. John Schultz was professional, courteous and thorough.
Getting anything scheduled and completed the week of the Christmas holiday can be challenging if not impossible no matter what the task may be, but the work was completed without delay or complication at a very fair price. Not only would I not hesitate to hire Schultz Bros Electric for future electrical work, but my wife and I already plan on just that for other projects this Spring.

"In each and every instance, the plumbing technicians that have done the work have always been very professional in their approach. Meeting them at the door and the technician is putting on booties so as not to scratch or damage the floors, was the first sign that the company cared about its customers. After an assessment of the work requested was completed and a price was determined, the work proceeded. It was also just the beginning as in each and every case the technician demonstrated expert technical skill, in a deliberate and cautious manner. Drop cloths were placed down; tools and equipment were carefully located so they would be accessible yet out of harm’s way. The work was completed with great attention to detail. I especially noticed this when the double vanity work was being done. The technician, Mike, noticed immediately that both waste lines were, somehow back pitched. He advised me and agreed to go deeper into the project to correct the issue. Once completed, measuring for the new cabinets was critical for where the waste lines and supply lines had to go through the cabinets. He measured and re-measured to make sure they were correct and they absolutely were. The cabinets fit perfectly! The professionalism continued when it came time for the toilet installation. A new flange had to be installed because the old one was rusted out. Not problem. Then he got out the plaster and buckets to install the toilet. I asked why the plaster and he stated that it was company policy to mount the toilet in plaster to avoid any floor water from getting to the flange and to also stabilize the toilet. This was way and above what I expected. When he finished, the toilet was perfectly installed and with the plaster around the base, it looked nicely finished and was steady as a rock. The clean up for all the jobs was excellent. As you can infer from this review, I would highly recommend O’Brien Plumbing and Heating to anyone. The price is fair and competitive with other full service companies and knowing and seeing how professional and caring the technicians are, is a direct reflection on the owner and how he runs his company. I would never hesitate to hire them again and again."

"Delroy is a professional, who is highly skillful, in resolving and heating or cooling issues your home might have. We had several companies over the last several months try and repair our boiler. The fixes would last few weeks or months and than we were back to have heating issues. After the last repair man tried to charge us $1800 dollars we were at a lose. We had no heat for 48 hours. We contacted Delroy within an hour he was there and had figure out what was wring. We went and got the need materials and arrived and stayed late into the night to repair the issue. We looked even further into our system and pointed out something no other repair man had seen and advised a fix. He came back the next day and worked late into the night to implement the fix. The whole time explaining what he was doing and giving knowledge on how to maintain the system. He even went above and beyond and went around to flush the entire system to get to peak performance. I cant thank him enough for the work he did for me and my family. I would not trust anyone else to do work on my home system again. He was true gentleman during the entire process, and my family is eternally gratefully for what he did for us in our time of need."
