"I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

He figured out an ingenious way to hoist the heavy door to the second floor, and very skillfully and quickly adjusted the frame to fit the door, and affixed the heavy-duty hinges. And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. And the price-tag for all this was remarkably low -- only a third the price I'd been quoted by another local handyman firm. I am delighted to have discovered Bryan, and look forward to calling him the next time I need help with a home repair."

"Everything was perfect. I’m very pleased and impressed with Dave’s responsiveness, professionalism and ability. Some stubborn parts on our old tub and shower were tricky, but he persevered and made everything work wonderfully well. He hung a large framed painting that had been leaning against the fireplace for ages (this required a pro to hang correctly) and it looks outstanding. It’s centered just right and is secure. Lastly, he installed a new faucet in another bathroom and that looks gorgeous also. Dave does it all and I will definitely hire him again for other home improvements and repairs. "I hired Plymouth Nursery after speaking with several neighbors who recommended this company. I met with John the owner and found him to be very knowledgeable and very professional. I moved into my home in November of 2020 and discovered that when it rained there was a tremendous amount of water that would build up in front of my front t door. John offered several solutions and I elected to address the drainage issue with a French drain solution around the front and side of the house . In addition Plymouth Nursery installed a flag stone porch and walk way with Belgium blocks as a border. Lighting was included in the package as well as new shrubs and plants. The team that worked on my property were very courteous and professional. John checked on the status of his team every day and kept me well informed. The end product exceeded my expectations and my family is very pleased with the final product. I found John to be honest and true to his word. I am very satisfied with Plymouth Nursery and would hire them again in a second . It is difficult to find a reliable contractor who provides detailed scope of work with itemized costs.
