"I had a federal pacific panel replaced. The technician and work were professional. However, I explained to the technician that I lost power in a large section of wall. After the job was complete, I found I still didn’t have power in the wall. Now I’m being told it is a separate job and cost. An explanation before having the work done about it being a separate problem and needing additional work would have been very helpful. All I’m told now is they can come out for a service call which is $212 plus whatever the issue is. This was a miscommunication error on Mr. Electrics side. I informed the tech about the problem and there was no testing on the wall afterwards. Very disappointed."

He then carefully installed new light fixtures, one in a very high location, and replaced switches and an outlet. All along he made sure that everything was the way we wanted it. Alex was pleasant, easy to work with, and did great work for a reasonable fee.
