"Trevor and his crew had come and scoped the job giving us an estimate. After we agreed they were chosen to the work, we were given a starting date. The crew showed up on time and worked for two and a half days to prepare the area for the patio extension and build a beautiful retaining wall for the area that set back into the hill. The stairs to the front door were replaced with newly constructed rebar and structural elements that will last for many more years than the original stair that only lasted 24 years. The new stairs now match the full width of the front porch which now looks much more symmetrical. The pad leading up to the stairs was enlarged and lengthened. They came back on the third day and the concrete was poured and finished. When they finished the work they made sure they cleaned up the job site and left everything as it was before. Trevor and his crew did an excellent job and we are so happy with how the job turned out and we highly recommend them for any work you may need completed."

The driveway is actually larger than the one it replaced, and is very attractive with the broom finish and the sectioning to prevent cracking problems. After the concrete work was done, the yard was restored as much as possible, with topsoil, seed and straw. We are very pleased with the finished product."

The owner and his workers did great work on about 5 different areas of our house, ranging from holes that had been punched into walls from previous electrical work, damage that had been done during storms and leaking gutters, and cracks in some rooms due to subsidence. "Lee's crew completed the job as expected, and we are very pleased. They showed up early and stayed all day for almost 5 days. Every day they cleaned up, and kept everything as orderly as possible. We had a challenging scaffold setup on one, and his crew erected a large scaffold setup to go over a fence and not hurt a blueberry bush. Lee kept me up to date as he applied for a COVID variance, but then had to wait for PA to go Yellow before he could return to work."

After contacting them through their website, I was contacted the next day to set an appointment for an estimate. They worked with my schedule and I met with Brian within 5 days. I explained to Brian my problem and they developed a plan to solve it . I had an proposal in 3 days. After I sent my down payment and they put me on their schedule, Shannon their office manager contacted me every Friday to keep me updated that they were still coming on that date. "This project couldn't have gone better. The responsiveness was great. The price was great. The turnaround time on a project that was somewhat of an emergency couldn't have been better. From initial contact, through quote, and to start of the work, it took less than 48 hours. The crew was on time, clean, very friendly and respectful, and the work looks great. Couldn't recommend these guys more and I will definitely be using them for all foundation / waterproofing work going forward."

"Product quality and customer service have severely declined. To be clear - Kenny is great, but actual work done and Todd's customer service are both lacking. Sealing in 2019 went fairly well - sealing was too soft after 24 hours and took a tire imprint, they came out to fix with apologies. Sealing in 2022 used thinner sealant, nearly like paint, and crack filler already had a cm-sized hole 1 hour after sealing. After two days, crack filler itself was cracked in many places, hole was worse. Was told "no amount of crack fill is going to get those filled up from what [Todd] can tell". Questioned why they took an undoable job in bad faith, since their estimator looked at the driveway not long before the job was done, no answer to that. 48 hours after job, crack filler still too hot and took tire marks which are now all over the cracked areas, looks pretty terrible. They will not come fix any issues and said not to pay the bill."
