Jeff returned my call immediately. He is very professional and was on time for his project. Covered all items in bathroom and had all doors locked so the paint would not carry into bedrooms. He finished the job in a timely manner and returned my call the next when I had a question.

Two layers of previous resurfacing were removed and reglazed. Work was performed yesterday so I will follow up if any issues, but the tub appears to be very professionally done and looks cosmetically perfect. Very happy so far.

Jeff is amazing!!! My tub looks brand new. I have never been so happy with service until I met Jeff. He was organized and prompt. He got the job done and was very professional. He gave me the ten year warranty and I will definitely call him again to work on my other tub. All Glaze is by far the best!!!!

Jeff responded to my call immediately and was very easy to work with. He did a great job painting over my bathroom ceramic tile walls and tub. He even repaired cracks in the tile. Looks great! We had a few minor issues that he took care of quickly.

Jeff was the consumate professional. He returned my call right away, scheduled without issue, came out in the midst of our first big snow to get the work done--and the work!!! The tub looks gorgeous! I cannot recommend him highly enough! Our original tub turned out to be yellow--and he made it a beautiful white and it looks gorgeous with our marble tile. He is your guy if you need this done!

Jeff was professional and timely. He was in and out, and explained exactly what the job entailed. My tub needed extra work, and he did all the extra prep work and it came out perfect. As a landlord its not always feasible or economical to replace a rub, and in just a few hours it looked new. Thanks

All-Glaze refinished a bathtub and tile surround for me and I can’t believe how beautiful it looks. Jeff was able to give me a quote over the phone and I thought his price was very fare and know one even came close to his 10 year warranty. Jeff did a great job refinishing my bathtub. It looks brand new. He really knows his craft. Originally, he thought he would have to totally strip the previous coating (which was not applied correctly or thick enough), but was able to work with it to give the tub a very smooth and solid application. His prep work took up the bulk of his time, but well worth it. Jeff is a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly tradesman. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Jeff did an absolutely amazing job on an extremely old tub which should have been refinished years ago. We spoke on the phone, I sent him a few pictures, we agreed on a price and a time, and he showed up on time, did superb work, and cleaned up. I hope I don't need to hire him for a long while, but I would definitely hire him again. (ps he wore a mask and practiced social distancing so I had no worries about him coming in to perform the job)

Amazing work! I contacted All-Glaze on Tuesday and spoke with the owner, Jeff. He was able to schedule the work on Thursday, so I couldn't ask for faster service! The job didn't take long at all (less than two hours), and when I had my first look at the finished product, couldn't believe my eyes! My tub had been a bluish green color from yesteryear and it is now a beautiful glistening white. It's so good looking that I will probably hesitate to use it when ready. Jeff went over the care of my "new" tub and also provided me with written instructions. His work comes with a ten (10) year warranty, so I don't think it could get any better! I will certainly recommend this company to anyone in need of a tub facelift. Thanks, Jeff!

Jeff did an amazing job. The old tub he worked on was damaged from having a shower door track that was mounted on it removed. It now looks like new. He worked extremely fast, the job was done a few hours after he arrived at a very reasonable price. Jeff was a pleasure to work with in every way possible.

Jeff was very professional. Showed up on time. Very knowledgeable by answering all my questions thoroughly. My tub was an outdated color which he reglazed in white. I couldn’t be more satisfied with how the tub looks now. Never had better experience with a contractor. He is a true professional and would highly recommend to anyone. Even took time out of his day while working to pay attention to my dog.

Although the tub looks much better I am less than 100% satisfied. I called and was given a verbal quote over the phone that was very reasonable. When they came to do the work I was told they would needed to do some repair work prior to reglazing with an extra cost of $100. Compared to other estimates the price was still very reasonable. We rescheduled and they come promptly as scheduled and preformed the work. Rather than $100 for the additional work they charged $174. There are numerous areas where the glaze coverage isn't complete, primarily on the grout joints in the tile surround.

"I'm sorry you feel that way but I believe your evaluation is not quite accurate. I can give a quote over the phone very accurately if there is no damage or repair work. I based my quote on what your wife described to me. In your case there was extensive repair work which I gave you another quote for in which you accepted and were ok with. The glaze coverage is complete, I put 5 coats on it. Sometimes if you are missing grout in between your tiles it will not fill in the cracks nor is it supposed to it is not a filler. You can easily fill your cracks with some premixed grout that comes in a squeeze tube, now that it is dry. Had you called me I would have explained that to you. If you were not 100% satisfied I wish you would have made me aware of it and I would have come back to make sure that you were. I always go out of my way for my customers."

Jeff came as scheduled, I was at work while the work was being done but my wife was home. Upon arriving home I checked the work that was completed earlier the surface was not as smooth as I thought it would be but does seem to be good for slip resistance. There was a few runs and a decent size area that "pooled" in the corner. I contacted Jeff after leaving some prior messages, and told him about the defects in the finish, he agreed to come out and fix the defects. Jeff returned at a later date, sanded and refinished the areas at no cost. We were happy with it after that. It's been almost a year and it is holding up well. Over all satisfied.

Jeff did a great job. Wall tile looks brand new as does the tub. Much more cost efficient than doing a complete bathroom redo. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Jeff and his team did a phenomenal job repairing and painting the counters in my kitchen, they look like new counters, makes a major difference. Additionally, I had an older tub and shower enclosure that was dingy and worn. Jeff restored to make it look brand new.
