Topcoat Sealing Inc. was founded in 2005 and is owned and operated by Don Harshbarger. We are located just north of Canonsburg, PA southwest of Pittsburgh -- directly off of the Southpointe Exit on Rt. 79. We believe in repeat business and that's why our philosophy is to provide the highest quality work and exceptional customer service at a reasonable price. "Product quality and customer service have severely declined. To be clear - Kenny is great, but actual work done and Todd's customer service are both lacking. Sealing in 2019 went fairly well - sealing was too soft after 24 hours and took a tire imprint, they came out to fix with apologies. Sealing in 2022 used thinner sealant, nearly like paint, and crack filler already had a cm-sized hole 1 hour after sealing. After two days, crack filler itself was cracked in many places, hole was worse. Was told "no amount of crack fill is going to get those filled up from what [Todd] can tell". Questioned why they took an undoable job in bad faith, since their estimator looked at the driveway not long before the job was done, no answer to that. 48 hours after job, crack filler still too hot and took tire marks which are now all over the cracked areas, looks pretty terrible. They will not come fix any issues and said not to pay the bill."

"The salesman recommended a surface drain in the back yard to keep water from comming into the house. They dug with shovels but did not follow a chalk line resulting in an unbelievable jagged mess filled with stone. I cannot cover it so I have to look at this mess everytime I want to go out into my back yard or patio. Not to mention how difficult it is going to make lawn mowing. Then they connected and buried a rainconductor hose going down the side of the house to the front yard. Heaped rock and clay and dirt, literally heaped! Threw grass seed and straw on top and called it a day. Called managment and was told by a supervisor that this is how they do it, "we don't did straight lines" our yard looks like a war zone. Customer service does not exist, once they have your money you are history."
