"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."

Unfortunately, I was not able to hire Omni Pro because we decided to go with a less expensive option for the retaining wall. "Came to my residence, took measurements, contacted a metal fabricator to who also came to my residence to review the work needed ,made the door from aluminum and installed it. O'Dell contracting called me to follow up and tell me when job would be completed.This is a reliable contractor who kept in contact to let me know the date it would be installed. After the job was completed he contacted me to ask if the work was satisfactory.I would recommend this contractor for any home remodeling.He is to be graded as an A-1 Contractor."

"You do not come across people like Hunter very often. I found him on Craigslist of all places! I had scheduled my hardwood floor to be refinished only to have my original contractor cancel because he couldn’t complete as promised. Well, I reached out to Hunter and boy, did he and his dad come through. They got to my job on Monday and completed the job by Thursday! Being I was out of town, Hunter was sending me pictures of the progress. I was shocked at how nice the floors looked in the picture! Well, when I returned from being away about a week later, I went to inspect the floors. Wholly crap these guys are very good! Not only are they good, they are honest, punctual and a pleasure to work with. Oh, and get this: he did the work with a nickel down AND we never, even now, met in person. Everything was dine in the phone. No, Hunter didn’t pay me for this review. He deserved this review, and I wanted to make sure I have it to him. I highly recommend Hunter and his dad."

"Noelle from the BKG Design North Hills location was a godsend. I can't say enough good things about her professionalism, patience, and skill in designing my kitchen. The only thing I regret is not having BKG install them as well. I began a home remodel in May 2016 and had a nightmare of an experience with the contractor, but Noelle worked around that and was still assisting me until May of 2017 - almost a year after the cabinets were delivered in June 2016. Due to mistakes by the contractor, I had to order additional materials three times, and Noelle and BKG were most accommodating. One of the cabinet doors was damaged and they replaced it with no hassle after almost a year. My cabinets are beautiful and I'm very happy with them. I would certainly recommend BKG Design for remodeling needs."
