"A Cerminara Construction did a wonderful job on my deck, I couldn’t be happier. The quality and craftsmanship are top notch, and everything with the project was communicated thoroughly and in a timely manner. The company was very respectful and professional as well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor!"

"We were happy with Andrea Paul Construction. They responded quickly, we needed this job done within a Few days…for a recliner chair to be assembled and a few pieces of furniture taken away. Paul arrived on time & completed the job within an hour & 1/2. He was understanding, kind and friendly. Thank you again for taking care of this for us!! We really appreciate it!!"

"Extremely well. We didn't realize the cabinets had to be assembled, but Nate forged on and completed the job even though it was bigger than we thought. He did a beautiful job, balancing their placement perfectly and taking the time to make adjustments to make sure they were even. I would call him again for any work I need done."

"RedLine Contracting did a great job drywalling my dining room ceiling and the ceiling in my stairwell. Before beginning the job, Gino was very professional, fully explaining the scope and cost of the project. He arrived on time, kept a tidy work area and finished in a timely fashion. I was so happy with the job well done, we are now discussing another home project in the near future. I highly recommend Gino and his team at RedLine Contracting."

"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."

"I can't say enough about this company and their professionalism, their communication and their overall hard work to make this project so smooth. We had an entire kitchen renovation and from Day 1, they made the process easy. They were incredibly responsive, they followed up on all of our requests and needs and they were quick to fix or adjust any changes we made...even in the final hours! Noelle was an absolute joy to work with and the installers were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We'd use them again without question."

"This was a fantastic experience. My initial call for a bid was responded to very quickly. The work did take longer than initially planned, but this was because the prep needed was pretty intensive. Communication was easy and the work faultless. Adaptations that hat to be made because of a 100+ year old house were easily and fairly discussed and negotiated. I was so comfortable with them right away, they had a key to the house. The only possible reason I would not want to recommend them, is that you will read this and want to hire them.... and then I will have trouble getting scheduled with the rest of my projects! They use only Sherwin Williams, which should tell you their professionalism and goal to make the completed project last a long time."

"I'm really pleased with the fence installed by P Sqrd. Phil was quick to respond from the initial measurement and quote stages through to the end of the installation. I especially appreciated that he put together the order and emailed me the cart so that I could easily pay at the store without having to figure out exactly what items I needed. He also made an extra effort to see if he could get better pricing for me, which was very thoughtful. On the day of the installation, there were four guys who took care of everything, and I appreciated that so many people were available as it meant the job took very little time. I am really happy with my fence and would definitely recommend P Sqrd."

"When we started looking for a company to repair our steps and foundation, we had a difficult time getting companies to call us back. We would leave messages and no call back. When I called A Plus, the owner's wife, Patty, told me she would talk with her husband, Gary and he would get back to us with a date and time to give an estimate. True to his word, he showed up on time and checked out the job and gave us a great price via email later that evening. We accepted his offer and scheduled a date for the work to be done. On the day the work was scheduled, the weather was not conducive for the repair and we had to reschedule. We were concerned about the delay since it was getting later in the season. I called and spoke to Gary's wife again and she assured me they would be able to reschedule in a reasonable time. They were very accommodating and 2 days after the original date, the work was done. The weather even cooperated. Joe, the supervisor, Logan, and Elijah did a great job repairing the steps and the foundation under the top landing. They were prompt, conscientious, polite and addressed concerns we had while the job was being done. Joe answered all our questions and gave us instructions on how to care for the steps. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company. They care about doing a good job and put their customers first, unlike the other companies that did not even have the courtesy to call us back. Great job, guys!!! I did not and his crew did a fantastic job. The steps were in great need of repair as well as the foundation. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them. They were punctual, polite and answered all of our questions. Update as of 10/26/2020: Description of Work: Touch up of repair already done Review Text: We just wrote a review for this company a few days ago, but wanted to update and add to our review. Joe, the supervisor of the original job, came out at our request to check on and touch up a couple areas on the recent repair. A Plus is very responsive and seems to truly care about keeping their customers satisfied. Thanks again, Joe."

"I was having a hard time getting financing from the big box lenders but Mark was able to find me one and at short notice. When it looked like the deal would fall through because of title issues from the seller, Mark offered his guidance and expertise and was right there throughout the whole process. The whole 5 months! No call was to early, late or frequent. Mark was always accessible and immediately responsive. A man of his word. This property virgin and veteran is now living the American dream thanks to Mark Principi and the Central Lending staff. I would definitely recommend."
