Gino @ Redline did several repair and upkeep jobs for us, including installing a new kitchen faucet, replacing the ballcock in the toilet tank, installing a new door knob, among other help. He was professional, reliable, courteous, got the jobs done. He even went above and beyond when we had issues with a fridge install (different company): he came back free of charge to help us move our heavy kitchen island to make space for moving the fridge. We offered a tip, but he declined that, too. To top it off, he told us to call him when it's time to move the island back. I highly recommend him.

They were very friendly and professional, cleaned up when they were finished. Pricing was fair. Will use them again.

Gino was a very likable and pleasant person who showed up on time. He was very efficient and a bit of a perfectionist. There were some challenges and he met them quickly. When he went to pick up the frooring. Gino took the time to check it, found it damaged and got it replaced quickly. I had been planning this project for some time and had high expectations. My experience with RedLine Contracting has been exceptional. Gino and his team were the epitome of professionalism. Living in a rural area, I often struggle to find contractors willing to make the trip, but Gino reached out within 24 hours and we promptly arranged a quote. The main goal was to repair and stain my deck, but after meeting Gino, I felt comfortable adding several other tasks to the list. The additional projects included properly mounting lighting fixtures in the main bathroom, fixing broken tiles at the main entrance, staining the sidewalk, painting the master bedroom, installing a new lighting fixture over the kitchen island, and addressing a leaking drain from the upstairs master bathroom. Gino provided precise estimates and very reasonable costs for the extensive work I requested. He kept me informed of any changes or modifications needed, such as an extra coat of white stain for the originally brown deck. His expertise helped me make informed decisions without any pressure. One of the more complex tasks involved cutting out a section of the lower-level ceiling to repair the leaky drain and then matching the ceiling's textured finish perfectly. Gino's skill ensured the repair blended seamlessly with the original finish. Every task was completed with meticulous care and within the expected timeframe. Even when the weather delayed the deck work, Gino rearranged his schedule and worked extra hours to ensure timely completion. His accurate estimates and commitment to the schedule demonstrated RedLine Contracting's reliability. The results speak for themselves. RedLine did a great job on a steam room door! We had about 7-8 other contractors who had no idea how to handle the project and Gino didn’t even flinch. We are very satisfied with his work!

The installation of our custom shelving project exceeded our expectations. Gino was professional and did an excellent job. Before starting the installation, he laid protective coverings over our wood floors and kept the work area organization zed and clean. Prior to beginning the installation, he did a mock-up on the walls to show how the shelves would look after being installed.
