"Everything went wonderfully well and it took a lot less time and cost less than I anticipated. Nate did everything from replacing seating straps on porch furniture to replacing screen panels on our screened porch to changing front door hardware to replacing toilet seats to replacing screened porch light fixtures to taking down a wall mounted TV (and the mounting device) to moving furniture, to replacing all door stops, to setting a hinge pins on doors to running an errand to Lowe's, etc, etc. His attitude was great. We would happily utilize his services again."

"Great! The crew arrived on time both days, completed the work with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, AND completed on-schedule! It was a big, messy job to grind off 10+ layers of old, peeling paint from concrete flooring/steps and sandstone "caps" on the brick "pony" walls that surround the porch. They were careful of brickwork, landscaping and cleaned up after themselves, Overall, they did a fantastic job. Looking forward to many nice days on the porch this summer."

"Gino @ Redline did several repair and upkeep jobs for us, including installing a new kitchen faucet, replacing the ballcock in the toilet tank, installing a new door knob, among other help. He was professional, reliable, courteous, got the jobs done. He even went above and beyond when we had issues with a fridge install (different company): he came back free of charge to help us move our heavy kitchen island to make space for moving the fridge. We offered a tip, but he declined that, too. To top it off, he told us to call him when it's time to move the island back. I highly recommend him."

I had already ordered the materials for the project through Lowes and he was very flexible and understanding with some difficulties I had in getting the materials (the difficulties were with Lowes and not him). "This was a fantastic experience. My initial call for a bid was responded to very quickly. The work did take longer than initially planned, but this was because the prep needed was pretty intensive. Communication was easy and the work faultless. Adaptations that hat to be made because of a 100+ year old house were easily and fairly discussed and negotiated. I was so comfortable with them right away, they had a key to the house. The only possible reason I would not want to recommend them, is that you will read this and want to hire them.... and then I will have trouble getting scheduled with the rest of my projects! They use only Sherwin Williams, which should tell you their professionalism and goal to make the completed project last a long time."

He vented 2 bathroom fans to the outside, instead of the attic; replaced a GFCI outlet in bathroom; replaced 2 wired smoke detectors; adjusted 5 doors that didn't close properly; drywalled 2 holes in basement ceiling/wall; added styrene panels to 3 light fixtures in the basement; replaced kitchen lazy susan hinges; completely rebuilt and stained porch railing."

"Jim (owner) and Chris are both polite and professional.  I did have to wait sometime from first contacting them to finally get an estimate, but their were extenuating circumstances going on from what I understand.  We ultimately went with another company due to price differences, but I would certainly recommend contacting Home Crafters.  Ask for Jim or Chris.
