Matt and team installed a 16x35 patio. He and the team did a great job! Went above and beyond to ensure the yard was excavated properly once the job was completed. Great guys to work with, very trustworthy! Would definitely recommend him.

I can't say enough good things about the work Matt did for us. We had him install a 18'x18' patio off of our backyard deck. * We talked through what I was looking for, explained a few things I should know, and provide a very competitive cost. *Once we elected to go with him, he gave an accurate timeline and what to expect going forward. Weather was ugly in the area, but he was able to get the work started ahead of schedule *When the work started, he and his crew showed up on time and hustled the entire time they were on site. They were all very polite and friendly. *Work was completed timely and beyond our expectations. The finished product looks great!

Hired Matt Tilko to demo and rebuild 4 outdoor steps and a 5x6 landing. The forms were not adequately braced and buckled at the top. The landing is not even close to square and plumb, none of the corners (landing or steps) are close to square. The concrete was poured up over the J-channel of the siding. The steps are not in-line with the landing. The bottoms step is actually below grade, so I need to now regrade my lawn. The bonus was all the concrete left in the yard and the oil slick on the driveway. I paid for a professional and received sub-DIY work.

Matt and his crew worked hard and were pleasant to be around. They took on a difficult job and the end result was a significant improvement to our home. I wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend him.

Matt has an incredible work ethic! I hired him to remove stepping stones at my Mother's home and install a new concrete sidewalk from the front porch to the street. Western PA is known for its fickle weather and when he started the project it was in the high 50s -- the very next day the temp dropped to the mid-thirties -- and was raining, but he was out there ALL DAY working! I cannot say enough good things about Matt -- and will hire him in the future for any concrete work I need performed and further, I give his name to anyone who asks!

Matt Tilko is an outstanding contractor. He’s upfront about foreseen issues and knowledgeable about how to resolve them. Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable and knew what needed done with 100+ year old chimney on our bungalow. He came out right away to bid the job and showed up promptly to start the work. He is a very contentious and a hard worker! Dedication to his craft is evident in our beautiful newly repointed chimney. It was a pleasure to have someone genuinely care about doing a good job on our home. I highly recommend Matt and will definitely hire him again for future work on our house!
