Absolutely perfect and beautiful job replacing our old railroad retaining wall with Omnistone. After completing the wall, they did landscaping and that was also prefect, using many of Randy's ideas and suggestions. I have used many landscaping companies over the years and this was far and away the best! Five stars is not enough.

This company did my mowing and “lawn maintenance” for spring /summer/ fall of 2019. The plan was for weekly mowing, weed whacking a sloped area every 2 weeks, and doing some bushwhacking ( pushing back rough weeds from one property border) several times over the summer. First of all, the bushwhacking never happened. The weed whacking of the sloped area was done sporadically, although I was being charged for it every other week. At times this area was knee high growth before it would get cut. I started to hand write on their invoices what work was done and what wasn’t, and would adjust my payment accordingly. I started to take photos to support why I wasn’t paying the full invoice. I tried to contact them via phone, voicemail, text, and email. No one every responded. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I paid for services that were not performed completely. We were not present at this location during the time the leaves were not raked completely causing the grass to die in those areas, and I question whether the the grass was mowed for times that I was billed for. After numerous calls and texts to discuss the problems he never responded back to me and I was as forced to hire another landscaper.

Nelson’s Landscaping LLC made our flower garden look great! Fresh mulch was added after the weeds were removed and they trimmed our plants for the winter. We will definitely call to have it redone for the spring and have some flowers planted!

The communication was excellent, price was very affordable and quality of work was great. Overall, Nelson’s made it easy to do business. Ill definitely use them again.

My family hired Nelson's to mow three houses weekly. The price was good ($42/week), and they seemed to be knowledgeable about landscaping. The first three cuts were good, but they blew grass into the street/sidewalk. As of May 21 2018, they haven’t been to any of the three houses in more than 10 days to cut the grass. On Thursday (our usual cut day) they did not show claiming the rain had backed them up. Fair enough. The said they would cut the lawn Friday or Saturday. Those two days came and went. As of Monday, our grass was shin-high and a complete embarrassment. We received a call stating we were on their list to be cut that same day, but they never showed. While it's understandable that mowing is weather-dependent and issues with worker visas is causing a strain, it is completely unacceptable to leave customers in the lurch. Other, smaller lawn care services have managed to cut our neighbors' grass in a timely manner even with the rainy weather. It is unfortunate that Nelson's ended up being full of excuses of why the job can’t get done. We are now forced do the job ourselves and find new services after having been ignored for nearly two weeks.

Very well - not all the plants were initially available but the substitutions selected were reasonable. They also took out a tree stump and brought in rocks. Looks much better! :)

Those guys were excellent, the mulch was good quality and they did a nice job. I’m real up front, I’ve had some guys that were great, some weren’t. Both those contractors were good. They came, it wasn’t just a one man show, they got it spread well, it was good quality. They were on time, they cleaned up, so they get “A’s” across the board, without question. Both of those contractors I intend to use again. They were absolutely great. I intend to look for both of those guys again. What stood out to be was that they showed up, got right to it. I was there, so I kind of let them know where I wanted it placed. They did a god job. I was a little concerned what the mulch would look like, the mulch was high quality, it was great.

All requests were taken care and I had no complaints about the work that was done.

Randy went to great lengths to provide us with the patio we dreamed of. Planted grass, placed mulch, and multiple ornamental grassrs as requested. Lovely setting resulted.

Randy and his team were responsive and did their work with great care. Pleased with the level of service, attention to detail, and price - definitely will use him again.

They were very accommodating as I asked them for a specific time and date. They arrived on time,completed the work quickly and professionally.

It went very well. Randy had ideas that improved the project and all of the work was done at a reasonable price.

Service provider has only given me two lawn services. We negotiated a contract which credit card was the only method of payment agreed upon, and now he is declining to take payment from the credit card. He said he would take our card with a 3% fee, which was not agreed upon in our contract. He also informed me that he has "Other paying customers", which was his way of trying to intimidate me into giving him what he wanted.
