Matt was professional and timely. He came out right away to replace our well tank and switch. His price was reasonable compared to other estimates we had. Most importantly, his attitude was personal, professional, and ethical. He even took a look at my hot water tank while he was here and let me know that it looked good and we should get another 5-10 years out of it. He didn't try to oversell me on anything. He also has a handyman service, so I am keeping his information for future well repair/replacement needs as well as his other services. I highly recommend!

Matt was prompt and very thorough. He explained everything and made sure I understood how to support the pumps going forward. He also identified other items and left to get parts and replaced the same day. I would highly recommend.

Although I hired the plumber to install the hot water heater I was not present during the installation. My brother in law was present and thought they did a professional job.

After springing a major leak in my water tank. Called a couple companies after 2:00 on a Friday. He was among the first 3 and all were averaging the same price +or- $100. Chose reliable due to the fact he was able to come out that evening. After making a decision at 4:30 they were here by 6:00. After installing the new tank, he noticed something wasn't working properly with the tank itself. He again drained the new tank disconnected the gas and removed it went out and picked up a new one and reinstalled it same night. No increase in price from quote. Keep in mind this was during the rains that submerged the point in Pittsburgh.

Matt was wonderful. He replaced my hot water heater. He was very professional and personable. He took care of everything effectively and efficiently and answered any questions I had. He was excellent.

Matt from RWT came out to my house to replace my well pump tank. He showed up within a couple hours of our initial phone call and he was super-friendly, knowledgeable, and did the work quickly. He seems like a great guy and an excellent plumber. I would happily hire him again and will definitely be recommending him to my family and friends.

Installed new toilet and reply bed floored drains

Matt is very quick and efficient with responding to needs or questions. When our furnace was not working he was able to come within a couple hours. He is very knowledgeable and was able to figure out the issue and get it running again.
