"Reason for 4.5 rating is because our roof was just installed so from what I can tell so far I have no major complaints. we had ice cycles all around the roof the next day after installing (which we never had before) but was told by another source it was probably from the ice guard. also had a sky light installed and am very well pleased, except for some caulking which has to be done around the inside of the skylight (which I was told they do not do) I was given a small adjustment to help defray this cost. I think this company is very good to work with and the roof looks great."

"Only disappointment was they thought the shingles on the lower back where skylights were being were the same color as the roof and they are not. So it is mix match shingles with the skylight replacement. They did not tell me until they finished. A bit disappointed for 5k and have mix match shingles,other than that...Great service, Great job !!"

"Steve Toth, the owner, arrived at my house in the autumn and we went over the work I wanted done.  He was very professional and provided a detailed estimate, and warned me that the cost may be higher as there may be structural damage he couldn't see under the old roofing on the garage and around the skylight.
The work was performed in January, and the team did an excellent job.  The work took approximately a week.  As I was warned, I was not surprised when they said the garage roof trusses and wall plates were rotted, as well as the framing of the skylight, and needed more repairs than were detailed in the estimate.  The only bad thing I would say is that I was not warned about the total cost of these additional repairs (approx. $2,000) -- I only found out about that on the final invoice.  They did warn me about some other additional costs, replacing some fascia boards on the garage and covering with metal, so perhaps the other was an oversight.  In any case, I am very satisfied with the excellent quality and workmanship of the completed job.
Overall, I'd say Steve Toth and his team are terrific professionals and would definitely hire them again.
