They are transparent, communicative and offer you options and solutions for your roofing problems. They were also timely despite the pandemic and some weather hiccups. It's been a wonderful experience and we're very happy to have hired them. I will absolutely recommend them! We had three other big name roofing companies give us an estimate for the same problem and the numbers varied so greatly, it was worrisome. Minnick Home Solutions does an excellent job at a fair price. I plan to replace two skylights in the future and will definitely be hiring them for the job.

When an other contractor bailed on me at the last minute, Minnick Home Solutions was able to work me into their schedule and did a fantastic job. The project included both repair and new install of cedar siding, and they handled both well. They made excellent suggestions on some material decisions and design options. Mike M managed the crews and was always there to explain what was going on and demonstrated a real commitment to a quality job. In addition to the quality of the job itself, they showed a great deal of care in preserving landscaping and cleaning up after themselves. The office team was also top notch (especially Tracy), from scheduling though invoicing (really nice on-line payment option). I can't say enough good things about this company. While not the cheapest quote I received, they number was fair and they far exceeded my expectations of quality and craftsmanship, so the value was there. My puppy even has a group of new friends with the crew! I feel very comfortable recommending MHS to anyone, and plan to use them again in the future.

We were very pleased. The young man was knowledgable, went straight to work. Due to the Cov19, he called us on our phone, told us what he found, repaired it. Took measurements of our Skylights in case we have another problem, they will order them for us incase they need replaced! We were very pleased.
