So it is mix match shingles with the skylight replacement. They did not tell me until they finished. A bit disappointed for 5k and have mix match shingles,other than that...Great service, Great job !!"

Called him early in March to make arrangements for when my wife was on vacation early April, called on Friday the 3rd  to ask if Saturday was good with us, came right on time, was neat, cleaned up afterwards. He did a very old school type of installation using copper flashing, we are every impressed...

"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

"We contacted Home Crafters and Chris came out to give us an estimate on November 24th, which was the week of Thanksgiving.  He promised us a contract and breakdown of costs by the following Monday by email.  After reviewing and signing we agreed to have Home Crafters do the work and he said it would be at least two weeks for them to start the work as long as it was not raining.  Much to our surprise, two roofers were sent to our home on that Thursday and they completed the work by Friday afternoon.  Everything went extremely well and we would definitely contact them in the future if needed.  (One thing to note is that we have seen the repairs via pictures but are unsure of whether or not it will leak since we haven't had rain.)
