You can tell B&B are the experts. They had so many projects to look through for inspiration, functionality, and design—it was easy to trust them with such an important part of my home: the kitchen. Organized, trustworthy, and friendly, I can't say enough good things about the owners and the guys who were working in my home. If I could give 10 stars, I would! "Things have to be pretty bad for me to leave a negative review. I hate to do it but in this case it’s necessary. Frank came over to look at my fridge and had an extremely thick accent. Not a complaint but there was a large language barrier to begin with. When he came into my house, he said he was from house. Which I now realize he meant house appliance repair but even with the accent I know he didn’t say anything after house. Now I had called several people from houzz and Angie’s list. I KNEW he was hired From angi because I called his company purely because there was a special offer/promotion for the service charge. I said to him oh I thought I got your number from Angie’s list. Frank told me they were the same thing. I asked him directly if Angie’s list and house were the same thing. He said yes. Ok, I chalked it up to maybe he didn’t understand my English. It’s important to note that when I made the appointment I mentioned the promotional discount on Angie. She said to tell Frank when he showed up. Then after he was in my house, Frank said he would not honor the discount. He said he knew nothing about it. Even after I showed it to him on the website he still would not lower the very expensive service charge just to enter my house. So I told him water was laying under the bottom ice drawer and freezing. He seemed to know what the problem was without even looking at it but when opening the fridge, he mentioned the seal should be replaced. But he also added …in the future. That it was not necessary right now. Then he told me he’d be back in a few days when the parts came in. He started to walk to my front door. I had to ask him what parts he was ordering. Somehow, without any discussion, he also put in an order for the refrigerator seal. I asked him how much the Parts were. He gave me a serious attitude like he was bothered by a stupid question. I told him I was not going to OK any charges until I had that information. He said he wasn’t sure of the prices and From what I could understand, I heard he was going to just tack it on the credit card that I had to give them when I made the appointment. He was very rude and seemed frustrated that I couldn’t understand him. I was very polite about it but I did have to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. I asked him to send me an estimate for the repair and we could possibly make an appointment after I saw the price. Frank told me he would send it that night. I did not receive it. Then theres the phone number weirdness. I was Repeatedly given a different telephone number every time I tried to contact them. I would call a number, had to leave a message, and then someone would call me back from a different number. On their message, they gave me a different number. I found this all to be very shady. They called me once after that and just left a message letting me know they took the liberty of making an appointment for me. It was my machine so I had no conversation with them. I called them back the day of the appt. and then was told the part wasn’t even in. So the service guy couldn’t make the appointment that they had scheduled for me without my consent because the parts (I never approved because I never received the estimate) did not come in and they never even called to let me know. Then I never heard from them again. I called several times. They never called me back. I finally gave up. I was so aggravated and there was/is absolutely no trust with this person or his business. So I had to pay $189 for him to come out just to look at my fridge seals that was not even why I called him. I later saw his website where it specifically states that they like to talk to people first and try to troubleshoot over the phone so as to save customers from having to pay that service charge. I was not offered this service! Considering that when he came in to my house, he didn’t need to even look at the freezer added to the fact i showed him the offer for discount service charge, I really don’t understand why I was charged so much. I ended up calling another company and it was $106 for them to come out and repair the problem. The whole encounter, from beginning to end, was a nightmare. It would’ve still been bad if I hadn’t had to shell out so much money. I won’t even use Angie anymore. That’s how bad the experience was."

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"4/29/23 Christian tech checks our our home AC. He notes the cooling coils are rusty, a source of coolant leak, and the system, at 14 years age, is near it's end of life. He also noted some mold in the blower blades, which isn't easily seen. He put pressure gauges on the system at outside valves and reported coolant pressure was good. System was test run successfully. He sold us a 1 year maintenance agreement. 6/2/23 outside temp reaches 93 deg. We turned on the AC and only warm air came out. Outside compressor WOULD NOT RUN. We had Christian rep come out. He said all coolant had leaked out. He offered a leak test with dye for $510, or replace the "rusted" coil for at least $3681. We declined. A Christian salesman later quoted a full system replacement. We had another AC company investigate. He found the outside valves HAND TIGHT ONLY, which would allow coolant leak. We had him pressure test with nitrogen over a 4 day weekend, which he charged ONLY a $149 service call. Starting psi over 300. Psi after 4 days over 300 psi. We had him recharge the system. He noted that coils are rusty within 6 months from new. We then had him recharge the system. Total costs with labor & visits both companies $1,595. 7/11/23 Date writing this review. AC working well, same electric power usage for air temps as prior years. Christian seems more interested in selling new systems. Giving benefit of doubt, their 4/29 "technician" was incompetent."
