I ordered a plumber for a sink installation through Amazon Home Services. They scheduled 3 times and no one showed up all 3 times.
I called for several days in a row and was only able to talk to an answering service every time. They contacted me the first time (10/4) at 9:30pm the day before a service as scheduled to inform me of a cancellation... really?!? 9:30pm? Then after that they rescheduled me for Monday (10/12)... no Technician. Then electronically updated the service date to Tuesday (10/13).... no Technician again. I called many times on Monday & Tuesday and was only able to talk to an answering service.
Seriously a joke.

"We apologize for your experience with our company. Due to illness the representative you spoke with was out of the office for some time causing the refund to never be processed. We have issued you a new certified check to replace the unpaid one and you should of received in the mail as of 9/28/2015. please contact Angie's List or our office immediately today if you do not receive. The check was issued from a closed account, an accounting error. Due to the current situation and the complete lack of service we provided you we are issuing an additional refund which you will receive in 7-10 days. thank you and again we offer our sincerest apologies."
