They were able to schedule me in for the next day. Our plumber, Steve, arrived and diagnosed the problem - partially clogged sinks. He corrected the problem per the quote. While working on the sinks, he noted that the drain pipes connected to the p-trap should be modified (he did this at no extra cost). After the job was completed, I had a question about my sump pump. He offered to look at it and gave some recommendations. Overall, I felt that the job was corrected to my satisfaction. The work done by Steve was both personable and professional. If I had future plumbing needs, I would strongly consider ValDel Plumbing."

He was here at 9:30. He fixed the spout and pipe quickly. Mr. Nagle is professional, personable, explains what he does clearly, cleans up, charges a reasonable amount, and, as my dad would say, he hustles. I will certainly be hiring him again."
