"Wow, blown away by the work Jeff and Water Heaters in a Hurry did. I am stunned by the professionalism, honesty and transparency, the depth of their skill and knowledge, and the downright far more than reasonable charge for their service. I had a tankless water heater replaced. It took me weeks until I got to Jeff and WHIAH, so many people gave me the runaround, not following through even on a quote, suggesting absurd costs like $3K+ for labor. Why's it so hard to find someone honest, dependable, professional, and competent these days? These guys came in and put a round small cylinder well. Water pumps up into our yard turning it into a swamp. Called them to come and see the problem they created. Their response $2900 to fix THEIR DAMAGE. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!!"

The first installers workmanship was completely awful, gaps, leaks, broken pieces etc. 2nd was better but still left with a leak into floor below, returned again and fixed it but doors still aren't right and he admitted the frame wasn't level and plumb but didn't fix it. At this point we are done, not wasting anymore time, calling real professionals now, lesson learned, avoid these guys at all costs! "
