"Ok, I?ve never written a bad review before, but this situation has me so perplexed that I feel that I have to. Friday?s Pest Management did work at my property approximately a month ago, basically sealing up roof gaps, screening vent gaps, and building a bat door on the chimney, which had cracked and was awaiting repairs, after the bats were removed. Barry did the work, I paid him (over $2K) and I thought it was done. The next day, I noticed a piece of the mesh that he had used in the chimney was laying on the ground. I texted him and sent him a picture of the mesh and asked if this was something that needed attention. No response. I thought, ?ok, he?s busy, they?re not open today, I?ll try him Monday.? I called and left a message. Nothing. I let it go a week, called again and left a message. Nothing. I had no idea if the job was done correctly or not. My wife found a bat in the house the day after the chimney guys were here. This guy apparently has no use for you once you pay him. "

"He did several jobs for us. Some went fine, but others he never finished. He even charged us for some work that he never completed and one of the rentals. He was supposed to have to taken care of several jobs several months ago (1 nearly a year ago), but we are finding out he never did them. In addition, he kept some of our materials (door lock adjustment tool as well as some door locksets) and refuses to respond to calls or texts to complete what he was asked to do, return our materials or simply let us know what happened. He MAY come out and do a job for you and MAY do it OK or he may just ignore you. I should have known when we first started hiring him for jobs and he told me that he was ignoring another woman who was asking him to fix something and he didn't want to do it so he just ignored her. Guess that was a sign that I didn't heed unfortunately. Hopefully he doesn't do a job for you, do it wrong and then you continually try to call or text him to come fix it he will likely do what he did to us and the other lady and just ignore you rather than be a professional and respond appropriately."

"This company is an absolute joke. My experience started with an obnoxious door-to-door salesman knocking on our door sometime in the early evening. I asked for his card or phone number and he refused to give it to me, saying he’s “from Utah and is just the route manager”. After I turned him down after he used every sales tactic known to man, he asks to talk to my wife. Unbelievable. When we finally decided to try them out after seeing ants in the house, we had an appointment set up for them to come out sometime between 8am and 12am the following tuesday, we sit around and wait and nobody calls or shows up. After calling their office about 10 times and no answer, someone finally answers to say they had a “scheduling mishap” and could we reschedule. Probably the sketchiest company I’ve ever dealt with, please look for someone else to do your pest control!!"
