Representative cancelled first appointment. Late to 2nd appointment. Had to have two reapplications to control yellow jackets. Set mouse traps at first visit. Monthly f/up - new rep who apparently unaware of prior problems or of need to inspect traps. Will have them complete 6 month contract and assess their responsiveness and success at that time.

Have wasp and yellow jacket activity along with mice in a home just recently purchased. Had to wait two weeks for first appt. which the tech cancelled. Came following week. Expected him to inspect whole house, which he did not do. Focused on wasps, yellow jackets and mice. Laid traps outside and inside for mice, which will require monthly visits to be checked. Dealt with the wasps. But yellow jackets are going to require additional visits to resolve.

The provider was extremely honest, explaining that the ants were citronella ants that lived underground.  The ants I was seeing inside were harmless swarmers.  He suggested that I continue my DIY pest control outside and just sweep up the ants indoors without using any chemicals.  He could have told me that they were carpenter ants requiring expensive treatment, but instead he was honest about the problem, charging me nothing.  I would without a doubt use Leaf Pest Control for any future concerns and/or problems I have.

LEAF performed a full pest inspection for no charge despite not finding anything. I certainly will use them in the future should the need arise.

After noticing a swarm of bugs outside of my garage, I called Leaf for an evaluation. The rep arrived on time. He did a thorough examination, checking all around the outside is my house and inside of my basement. He moved ceiling tiles and checked all along the perimeter of the basement ceiling and window areas looking for termite or other pest signs - not finding any- thank goodness. After analyzing the swarming pests and sending pictures of them to his office, he and his co worker concluded that they were baby carpenter ants just energizing from their nest. The rep dug out an area that the swarm was coming from and marked it for treatment. He suggested a workable and affordable treatment plan and adjusted it to meet my financial schedule. Leaf's application tech called to confirm his arrival and showed up on time. He performed the application treatment all around the exterior of my home and applying more to the swarm area. He informed me that I may see an increase of insect activity for a day or so prior to the insects demise. Leaf will be performing 4 more treatments, 2 later this summer and fall and 2 next spring and early summer. These additional treatments are included in the total cost.

Don is very polite, punctual, and professional. Don was very knowledgable about his trade. He even offerred to bring a cat out to the house to help keep the vermin under contol. We got a little discount for being part of Angie's List!

We called them and they came out within a day or two. We were very pleased with the service. They were effective, so we didn't see anymore bees.
